Dr. Ishmael performed a dental implant on my front tooth. He also crowned the adjacent front tooth as well. I thought he was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and considered a lot of possibilities that were in my best interest. I think his staff also performed really well from both the front office as well as his dental care team. I’m happy with my smile and their care. I look forward to working with them more and would encourage others to as well.

Can I give zero stars? BUYER BEWARE! While the onsite staff overall is lovely, the billing department will literally lie, cheat and steal to get more money out of you. I am disgusted by their business practices. I was treated like royalty until they had my INITIAL $12,000 and then I no longer received any decent communication regarding my ongoing care and procedures. On several occasions I have been demanded to pay more money with no warning. My billing statements are NEVER correct, and multiple times my payments have not been reflected on my account. Unless you have an endless supply of cash I would recommend you stay away.

I am always scared of going to the dentist, even before I started. When I began with the xray portion, it was different than any other I had done before. Pain free and very comfortable and at ease. Cleaning and filling was was just as relaxing too. I will definitely keep going there and would recommend going there.

It was a wonderful experience...Most people do not relish going to the dentist, and I am one of them. I had a very bad experiences with our dentist when I was a child and that definitely affected me for my whole life. However the Aspen Dental staff changed my view of going to the dentist. Virtually EVERYONE I came into contact with at Aspen was wonderful and caring. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone (and especially those who have a fear/phobia of the dental office).

Avoid this office at all cost! Please read this! I used them as my dentist for 3 years and never once did they tell me i had a cavity after paying for cleanings and xrays for 3 years in a row. After my last cleaning they told me i needed a root canal because my cavity was to large to repair... So they had to refer me to a specialist for the procedure. I was so upset they never fixed the minor cavity before it became a huge repair i switched dentists to Alpine Dental in Crystal and they are 100% better. They fixed the cavity/root canal same day and was much cheaper. Now Aspen sent me to collections for dental work they never performed, said they could not perform in there office??? Then to make this even better they sent me to a collections agency asking me to pay them for the root canal they did not/could not do. I had to send the collection agency a copy of the paid invoice from my new dentist to avoid a judgement on my credit! Horrible service!!!

Unprofessional staff, Inconsiderate of people's time and schedule. They've cancelled my deep teeth cleaning appointment twice. Made me wait for 5 weeks only to say " we gonna have to reschedule for another day". DO NOT GO HERE !! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE ! THERE ARE MANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL CLINICS IN THE TWIN CITIES AREA THAT PROVIDE CHEAPER & SUPERIOR SERVICES AND VALUE THEIR CLIENTS.

My experience at aspen dental was amazing. Both Sara and Jamie are extremely helpful and made the visit a lot easier as I do not enjoy the dentist. The check in process was fast and easy. Highly recommend.

I recommend Dr. Miller and his staff !! I needed a crown for a fractured tooth. The entire procedure was totally painless!! The crown fit perfectly ❤️
Roberta and Dr Miller are young and enthusiastic about their profession, which is refreshing . The receptionist is sweet and noticeably taking sanitation of the Libby seriously. I’m recommending Dr Miller to my parents who are looking for a new dentist who will work with their dental needs during their twilight years ( no insurance ).
