Aspen Dental

Hopefully I will have teeth again soon. Taking longer because of previous dentist screw up.

I get compliments on my teeth now. It's nice to eat textured food again. I need another adjustment an they are very accommodating.

I would like to start by saying the customer service is good the quality of my dentures have not been the best since I went with the best sadly I will be changing dental places going somewhere else

First I met Ericka when I called. She had the Doctor look at my x-rays, before he agreed to help me. She then called me back within minutes, as promised, and made an emergency visit for me. This visit was ONLY hours away. This utterly surprised me, as I had never been to 'this' office before. My Dentist does not extract teeth and I needed a tooth extracted. There were things that needed to be put into place before that could happen. She patiently worked through everything with me, while I scurried to accommodate the necessary requirements. I had no Insurance. My daughter planned to pay for the visit, yet we could not reach her, and with only hours to spare, Ericka was a champion!

Then upon arrival, next I met Connie, the Dentist's Assistant. She put me at ease immediately, despite my flurry of repeated questions. She was VERY knowledgeable, competent, and confident. Her manner was so reassuring. During the procedure she was so helpful and kind.

Next I met the Dentist. Dr. Ismail. When I handed him my referral slip - which WAS for an Oral Surgeon - he shared he was a General Dentist. Uh-Oh!!! Yet he quickly assured me that he was capable of taking care of the extraction, yet gave me the chance to reconsider. He was also kind, as well as compassionate and caring. I was amazed. He did an absolutely fabulous job.

Needless to say, I AM IMPRESSED with Aspen Dental!!!!!

My visit to aspen was excellent and being that I’m from out of town I am really glad to have found such a great dentist office here. The staff were all very warm and inviting. They were very accomodaring to my needs and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

This a business that operates to take advantage of their potential patient. Buyer beware - "free this and free that" but once you are done with all your "freebies" they pin you down for a deposit on a large amount of services ($1,000's) they insist on a deposit and they oversell you. Don't do it.

My experience was a very good one. I called due to tooth pain and jaw pain. I was given an appt. the next day after I contacted AspenDental even though I do not have dental insurance. It was my first visit and they kept their word as advertised. My X-Ray and examination was free.
During the visit from the time I walked into the office from the receptionist, to all dental specialist I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
I was told every step that would take place, and introduced to each person who would be providing each service which was 2 different dental assistants besides Dr. H. Ismsil
I was also showed and explained on a tv screen what condition my teeth were in and what I needed to do to save them.
Last I met with the Office Manager to go over the prices for services needed to repair and restore my teeth. He gave me a itemized copy of the services I needed and the cost.
He shared the ways that services are paid for like through dental insurance, discount dental plans, finance company's, credit cards and cash.
I was given time to leave to make a decision and call back to schedule my appt. to do the work.
What really impressed me was when I talked with the Office Manager how I stuggled with my 15 month old granddaughter when my husband ran out to the car for a minute and how a dental staff entertained her by blowing up a platex glove into balloon and drawing a funny face on it.
I definitely will be returning for them to repair and restore my teeth.

She takes her time and is very methodical and intentional about cleaning your teeth

After years of being embarrassed of my teeth, Dr. Ismail and Sara especially made this whole process absolutely incredible! Due to the pandemic, the process took longer than I had hoped, but the staff was always super informative and able to accommodate my crazy work schedule into theirs, and now I can smile with confidence. Thank you Dr. Ismail and Sara!!! I won't ever go anywhere else for my dental care ♥️

Great work done but I felt that the staff did not tell me the work that was to be done. I went in ignorant of the process and procedures which needed to be done for my teeth and I left more confused. It seemed as though they did everything procedure so that I can pay them more. I was barely informed of what the dentists were doing and really felt like I was just there along for the ride. If anything at all, a pamphlet on what was being performed would have been useful.

1) I called before to get a price on crowns as I knew I needed one. The person who scheduled me quoted me the discounted price that was listed on the website, but after I had my check up and was given my cost summary it was a higher price. When I mentioned that I was quoted another price, they just said that the people scheduling don't know. Yet that price was on the website.

2) I decided to go somewhere else as I felt a bit tricked and requested to have my xrays emailed to me. I was told it would take 7-10 days. It took 20 days.

Overall, the staff was nice when I had my visit, but prices and actions were not congruent and that's a red flag for me.
