I’m sold after my first visit. The new patient special is AWESOME. Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant to talk to. Heather and Dr. Anderson were thorough, informative, and personable. They were very candid and intent upon not over treating/charging. The office manager made sure everything not covered by my insurance was still affordable and put together a clear, comprehensive treatment plan for my next couple visits with prices which will allow me to budget better. The tv on the ceiling in the exam rooms and new patient goodies were a nice touch as well. All in all a great experience!

My dental experience was great. The dentist I saw (I think was the owner) was incredibly nice! Friendly dentist and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. However, the insurance contact and specialist Amy is RUDE beyond belief. I came to this office with the new patient special (free exam and X-rays). Everything was smooth sailing until my next dentist appt one year later with a new office tried submit a claim for my pano X-ray. At that time we discovered that Crabtree Valley Dental filed an insurance claim for X-rays instead of the “free” promotion which was a conflict and now I was left with a out of pocket expense. My insurance made it very clear what happened and that Crabtree dental just needed to correct what they submitted and then we would be all set. When I called Crabtree Valley Dental to get this sorted out.. Amy blamed it on my new dentist that THEY should have inquired on what was previously filed by other dental offices and then proceeded to say that I could be lying about mentioning I wanted the promotion at the time of my initial visit since there are no notes in my chart. What!? Pointing fingers to everyone except themselves and taking responsibility. Keep in mind - they do STILL have this promotion going on at this time. She was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I would never go back to this dental office or EVER refer someone here. No one wants to be a patient to an office with staff as rude as that. Insurance is always a headache and most people don’t understand it anyway. so WHY have staff working in that department that have poor customer service and no accountability. No one loves going to the dentist so front desk and other office staff are SO important for a dental atmosphere to create a positive experience. If that stuff is not important to you - then go ahead! After all - the dentist was nice!

The only reason I didn't hit 5 stars is because I happened to look up at the tv as I was hitting the star, smh. This is one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and really seem to care. I especially luvvv the service LeAnn and Dr. Leary give. They explain everything and do their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

I really don't like going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I also went in and had to get some more work done and they were able to fit me in that day! They were kind and joyful. Dr Joy did a wonderful job! Thank you Crabtree Valley Dental!

Callie was thorough, kind and attentive throughout my cleaning. I had a handful of options for my treatment plan. I am glad I chose Crabtree Dental.

If you are searching for a dentist, look no further, you have found the best dental office in Raleigh. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the office is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The procedure for a visit is quick and organized. The billing is fair, well explained and flexible. Nothing is pushed on you, everything is explained ahead of time and options are given. The dental care is excellent. My wife and son and I are all patients and will stay with this practice as long as it exists!

This office is great! I recently moved to the area and had my first appointment with Dr. Joy. They were really welcoming and thorough with my cleaning. They also filled my first ever cavity. I was nervous but they made what I thought would be a bad experience really easy and relaxing.
