I love this place! The entire staff is so welcoming and they make you feel like their friend and not just another patient. Not to mention they give you a beach towel when you’re a new patient, the waiting area is beautiful and so comfortable, and they have TV’s ON THE CEILING in the rooms so you can watch when getting your services done. I’m never changing dentists this place is amazing.

My first experience with CTVD was for my 85-year old mom who had neglected going to the dentist for a couple years. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and how they made her feel. I was so impressed that I decided to give them a try when my insurance changed and I had to switch dentists. Today was my first visit. I’ve had a lot of dental issues the last couple of years as a result of some of the medications I have to take. They understood the issues and even offered some different options that might help prevent any further problems. Everyone was exceptionally nice and did a great job! I highly recommend!!

Dr. Joy, Angel, and Stephanie were literally- God sent- for me! I am a person who typically experiences MUCH angst surrounding dental appointments and procedures due to past negative experiences. This particular team made my most recent procedure comfortable and seamless. Also, understand that I’ve been with this office for years now, and I’ve worked with other teams who were incredible, too! This is a great practice - with knowledgeable AND caring individuals who practice TOP NOTCH “patient care” (and the good old fashion phrase - “bedside manner”).
As a person who does NOT like to go to the dentist- I give this practice my highest recommendation.

My children and I had our first visit and were so happy with this place! The staff was so kind and friendly. The practice is beautiful and has an awesome play room for kids. Dr Joy was so great and let my youngest “help” with his older brother’s exam! We would definitely recommend this as the place to go when you need a dental exam in Raleigh!

I had two wisdom teeth removed and there was no pain during and no real pain post removal. Now both of my wisdom teeth were already in so it wasn't surgery, but it was still pleasant.

This place is 1st class in care. It was super easy to set up a payment plan when I had a lapse in dental insurance. Dr. Joy and "Potter" are fun and professional in their care and have a glorious chemistry. My first ever fillings are doing just fine. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
