Overall, I really liked this dental office. However, it lost a star when I was charged for fluoride as part of a cleaning. My cleanings for years have always been free (fully covered by insurance). The hygienist just asked what flavor I wanted and did not disclose that I would be charged extra for this service. Small fee ($29), but was surprised at checkout to be paying anything out of pocket. Had it had been disclosed, I would have opted to not have the service.
