This is the best dental care I have ever experienced! The staff is always very welcoming. Dr Song is not only friendly and helpful, she is clearly knowledgeable and good at what she does. I needed a filling and a crown, and they were able to 3D print the permanent crown right there in the office! No temporary crown with a second appointment, and the color matches my other teeth perfectly! I actively recommend Carbtree Dental to my friends and family!

Had a great visit today! My hygienist Lauren was awesome and Dr. O’Leary was friendly and competent. I have been to 5 different dentists in the Raleigh area and Crabtree Valley has had the most consistent good service out of all of them! Would recommend ☺️

Been going to Crabtree Valley Dental for a couple of years now. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and so are all of the doctors and assistants I've spoken with here. My teeth and gums are much healthier than before I came here and I feel like I'm in good hands at every appointment. If you're looking for a dentist, I'd highly recommend this place.

I've been a patient at Crabtree Valley Dental for 4 years now and have been very happy with the care I receive there. Their office is lovely and very clean, the receptionist, hygienists, and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and I never have a long wait to be seen for my appointment. They also do a great job of scheduling so that I see the same hygienist each time for my cleanings and she knows my care history well.

Really pricey. Staff is really nice until they're not.
I went in for routine checkup and they told me i had a ridiculous number of cavities. Naively, I got them filled there without a second opinion. While using the anesthesia, my dentist messed up gravely and now half my tongue may be permanently numb. I was sobbing in the office (because they made me come in YET AGAIN) and no one so much as offered me a tissue.

So happy with the work of Dr. Pope! Not only did she provide excellent patient care, but an amazing attention to detail! You can tell she takes pride in her work! I'm sad I will be moving away from the Triangle area soon, but Dr. Pope almost makes me want to make the trip from Charlotte!

I needed more than just a cleaning, but before doing the additional work, they needed to do more x-rays and it was not quite time for them, for my insurance to pay for them. They decided to wait just a little longer to do the extra procedure until insurance would pay for the x-rays to save me some money. I really was thankful for that.

I honestly don’t know where to begin, I haven’t been to the dentist in many, many years, I was just too scared to go. Thank God my experience from the minute I set foot in the office until the second I left, was nothing short of amazing. I was in the office twice this week to begin the process of getting my smile back.
Leanne was the first dental assistant I met once I sat in the chair a nervous wreck, she showed only compassion & kindness to me every minute she was in the room, then came Dr. O’Leary, kind, gentle, no pressure, not one ounce of embarrassment did I ever feel, when they had to call another dentist in my first thought was, omg I’m going to die of embarrassment, in walked Dr. Hop, friendly, highly experienced, great sense of humor, I immediately felt a sigh of relief.
My visit ended meeting another two dental assistants, Callie & Melanda to go over my very personal new teeth to come, from color, size, to what I can expect, I had so many questions & Callie was nice enough to answer them all, I never once felt rushed.
I go back in two weeks and I can’t wait because I know I am in good hands and trust them completely.
I will never go to another dentist & will highly recommend them any chance I get, my only regret is not going sooner, I will have a great team behind me every step of the way and I can’t describe in words what that means to me.

Amazing practice with kind, caring professionals. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are so kind. I came from a terrible past experience with my dentist, so I’ve always been anxious about dental work. Dr. Joy and Angel are AWESOME! They made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr. Joy exudes calmness, gentleness and confidence; the whole time she made me feel safe and assured. I had to get 3 fillings and impressions done, and Dr. Joy and her team got me in and out in 50 MINS!! It’s clear that this establishment is trying to reverse the stigma of going to the dentist being bad and scary. They truly care about their patients. Also, Stephanie (the patient coordinator) is great. She is so clear about your insurance benefits and lays it all out in a way that’s understandable so you know exactly how much you’re paying and what insurance will cover. I also followed up with them about a potential billing mistake and she replied right away with a solution. I never thought I’d say this but I truly love my dental practice! So glad I picked Crabtree Valley Dental!
