Crabtree dental is the bomb! This place really goes the extra mile for you. I’ve struggled with dental issues for awhile now due to an accident when I was younger. I have many concerns when it comes to my mouth and all of the staff here always hears me out and comes up with a good game plan for treatment. I’m new to the area here but would definitely recommend anybody I know here!! Thank you guys for all you do it is greatly appreciated.

Hi! I wanted to take the time to write this review for the amazing hygienist that I saw today. I strongly recommend Denise from Crabtree Valley Dental. I had seen 2 other hygienists at this clinic prior to seeing Denise (in the past 2 years ) and I was extremely disappointed . I am Canadian and my expectation of a thorough cleaning is extremely high . I was giving this dental place one last shot and I am happy to say I will be back due to Denise! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and extremely satisfied ! Thank you Denise and see you soon !

A friend recommended this place to me & as someone who has only went to one dentist my whole life I was skeptical. However, Crabtree Valley dental met my expectations & beyond! I’ve been going here for about a year now and cannot express enough what an enjoyable experience I’ve had every single time, even with COVID. Staff is always smiling & friendly. Always go over cost & insurance coverage before anything is done- which is amazing! Would recommend them over and over again!

We have been here several times. Overall great experience. I think in general hygienists need to be careful with the poking and prodding as sometimes it’s a little hard/hurtful for certain people. But we went through 3 dentists before we were comfortable at Crabtree.

I’ve generally had good experiences at this office. The people there are very kind and courteous. They explain the procedures, their concerns, good habits, and the billing very well when requested. However during my most recent visit there was a lot of waiting and a routine cleaning and filling procedure took 2 hours and fifteen minutes. In addition the time commitment was not clearly communicated. This place is by no means the cheapest dental office in the area but generally the premium is well worth it for the excellent level of service. I look forward to my next visit and hope it will go more efficiently.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and the the dentist/ assistants are very knowledgeable. They’ve been able to take care of all my dental needs and have explained everything to me before and while they were doing the procedures. I have always had a great experience here . But I will be leaving this practice because of the incompetent front desk . Made one phone call and sent 4 emails to get a copy of my spendings for my taxes . They still have not emailed them. Front desk staff is lazy . Am done going here . Have gone there 4 years .

I have been going to Crabtree Valley Dental for almost 2 years and their facility is well done and have attentive staff. My 2 star rating is because since I have been going, each appointment I am not called back until 5 or 10 minutes past my appointment time (sounds dramatic but with 2 kids it's a long time!), there is no feedback for me on how my oral care is, if needing improvement, and sometimes dental verbiage is used that maybe I'm supposed to understand? Lastly, I was advised that screening for oral cancer is now a part of my routine checkups, but not considered routine by my insurance so I need to pay 45 dollars. It's not an issue for the screening, my issue is that the woman telling me slipped in the 45 dollar cost very quickly and then kept talking and she made it sound like I'm stupid for wanting to opt out.

So I saw all these great reviews on here and since I’m new in town decided to give them a try. I specifically requested Online for an Orthodontist. I recently moved from TX and I’m very much aware of the next steps in my care. I explained in Great detail where I left off with my previous dentist and the Invisalign process I needed.
The lady took all my information and confirmed I needed to come in and have them start the process from examination since I would be a new pt.
This was totally nerve wracking for me since literally I haven’t been in any public setting since the pandemic begun; but I really needed to get my braces and I went in.
They literally cleaned my teeth and gave me a referral! Seriously??? I was so upset and feel like I was deceived into going in for a service they do not provide. She knew they don’t have orthodontists in their practice but tricked me to go in so they can get paid! I strongly believe that especially since they took the time to confirm my insurance the day before! Also applied fluoride and tell me I have to pay $29 out of pocket! Really? Im completely appalled and would never go back there!
