This place is hands down amazing. Clean facility, up to date technology, and an incredible staff. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Joy and Angel to complete multiple procedures in one sitting. After a long day, the dentist is never the place you want to go, but they were so patient and accommodating I felt like I was in my own home. They treated me like as if I were family, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, walking me through every step. Even after a very long procedure, they were consistent and precise up until the very end. This will always be my place to recommend!!

I went for my first appointment @ this practice and I have nothing but nice things to say about the experience.
The office staff was so helpful and kind, super friendly. The extra details pertaining to Covid safety did not go unnoticed. Chloe at the front desk was so professional and cheery. The hygienist and the assistant who helped with the X-rays were amazing too, very patient and explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist that saw me was so nice. She explained everything and made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

Dr. Hop and his team is are Artists! Your mouth is his canvas, your teeth are his palette, brushes, and tools. He uses them to perfect your desired personal and social impact (as well as his) when you smile. His attention to detail, color, value, composition, perspective, form, observation, are all reflected in your confident attitude not only when you smile, also as you walk out of his office.

I love Crabtree Valley Dental! I have been a patient for years and they always make me feel welcomed. The office is so friendly and inviting. The staff is gentle and knowledgeable on proper dental hygiene. I would 10/10 recommend Crabtree Valley Dental to anyone! -Krystal

This was the absolute best dental office I’ve ever been to. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and caring. The office itself is beautiful and kept miraculously clean. It is so cozy and comforting. I’m updating my review since Dr.Song is no longer there. I’m now seeing Dr.Hop and love him. It’s been absolutely amazing. His assistants are both great but I’ve grown a strong patient relationship with Callie. She’s so personable and realistic. It’s much needed. She makes you feel comfortable. I feel I can trust the care and next steps. Callie has most certainly contributed to that. I can confidently say she’s a much needed member in the scenario. I’ve just received my implant. Callie kindly held my hand during the hard parts. I’ve never had a health care worker do that for me. It definitely helped. I’m nearing the end of my treatment and it’s been a long road. I’m glad I chose this office. My teeth look great and I know it’ll be the smile I’ve wanted once we are done. I have to give a shout-out to Marianne in the office. She so sweet. She’s went above and beyond expectations for me. The new office manager promptly responded to my concerns and took them seriously. All this time later and I’m still happy with Crabtree Valley.

The dentist assistants and dentist hygienists are super professional and friendly. Unfortunately, Dr Na apparently had an emergency where she had to cancel on me twice last minute. Both times I was guaranteed an appointment. I had scheduled time off from my employment to recover, the first cancelation was too late for me to change my schedule, but i was guaranteed a second appointment so I thought I wouldn't need to make adjustments to my schedule since the new date fit to where I could have half a day to recover instead of the recommended 2-3 days. Now I have to explain to my employer why I went ahead and took 2 days off from work for nothing since crabtree dental kept canceling last minute. The first time I tried talking to the front desk associate she said, repeatedly "I understand. I dont know why Dr Na wont be in even though shes scheduled to come in, it might be an emergency, I dont know I wasn't told anything." And when she went to reschedule me she also said that I "would typically be charged a fee for canceling an appointment last minute" but as an apologie they won't charge me if I can't make it. So their policy is to allow their doctors to cancel last minute on their paying customers (which btw we have to use our PTO time or just request time off/loosing money and in some cases affecting my coworkers schedules, but they will charge us if we where to cancel just like the Dr Na did. That policy is absolutely double standard and absolutely sickening. If their doctor can cancel last minute then why are patients being charged for canceling last min? Our time is valuable too. The other cancelation from Dr Na they went with "it's an emergency" if it is an emergency that means it's roughly a 6 day emergency. This whole thing has been messy and complicated, and affected my job as well as my coworkers and people we work with. A few days ago as well, right after having to reschedule for an appointment, I called back literally right after I hung up and spoke to the same receptionist. I asked her if I can speak to manager or someone higher up about this issue. She agreed and directed my call to another dental facility! I wasted 10 minutes of my time talking to this other receptionist to another facility both of us confused! After hanging up I called crabtree back and the receptionist kept ignoring my calls, hanging up and even sending the same automatic texts! They weren't closed cause they had a few hours before closing! Extremely unprofessional, it took a different receptionist three days later(only calling to cancel again!) to direct me to management. Management was nice and understanding and offered a small discount for my troubles. But if they where truly sorry and if they truly cared then they would guarantee my quoted estimate of my out of pocket costs and deduct from that. Because I was told that the estimated costs does change, so even with the small discount I could still be paying more that the quoted estimate given and it's like the discount sentiment wasn't an actual "we apologize"
Because at the end of they day they'll still get my business and I'll still end up paying around the estimate. So really there's no discounts for my troubl. I dont recommend coming here for Dr, Na. Nor the rude receptionist.

Dr. Pope and Chelsea were very prompt and professional at my early morning appointment. The appointment started on time and even finished earlier than the allotted time. The work went smoothly and I was very pleased with the efficiency and execution from the team.

As always, the entire staff is helpful and pleasant. The care I receive is top-notch, and I have referred several people to this practice.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Bash! She made sure I was 100% comfortable and was very accommodating!! The dental assistant was wonderful and they both made sure I understood everything about my treatment. I will absolutely be returning!
