Crabtree Valley Dental

Have been going to Crabtree since they opened. Since I have always had a fear of the dentist chair, Crabtree has cured me of that fear. Their techs and dentists are top notch; everyone is so friendly; the office is clean and extremely up to date with their dental equipment. I highly recommend anyone needing dental work to definitely give them a try.

A year later from my initial review and this still continues to bother me. I went in to the office in an attempt to finish work on my upper teeth that I had started elsewhere pre-covid. If you have dental anxiety, you'll understand how difficult it is to walk into the doors seeking help. To be judged right off the gate and talked down to when all you're looking for is help is just awful.
As I continue to seek treatment, I replay the conversation with Matthew Hopfensperger in my mind.
Hopefully my experience will help others to avoid this office needing dentures or implants and who have missing teeth.

The staff is so amazing and helpful. They’re so gently, which is sometimes hard to find. Also, they help you if you’re ever having trouble paying for services.

Your practice is great. The office is very efficient. My hygienist was awesome.

For the few times I have gone to Crabtree Valley Dental I have found the entire staff to be friendly as well as professional. My personal dentist is Dr. Hopfensperger who spends the time to explain and treat my dental issues. Also want to add that their patient waiting room is very comfortable.

I've been going to Crabtree Valley Dental for well over five years. It's always been a pleasant experience. But it's gotten even better recently, and the reason it's exceeded how wonderful it was before - that's because of Jenae and Chelsea. They are a shining light on the hilltop, which illuminates the rest of us. If you ever find yourself in a valley, just look up - the light on that hilltop - that's Chelsea and Janae.

This place is beyond incredible! Like many others, I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist office. But with this staff and facility, you almost feel like you’re on vacation! Everyone I’ve talked with including the front office, the assistants to the doctors, and the doctors themselves have all been very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. This is my second time going here after recently moving to Raleigh, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Highly recommend the Zoom teeth whitening treatment if you’re looking for some extra sparkle in your smile!

I first started going to Crabtree Valley Dental in 2018. I was very very unhappy with the partials I paid a couple of thousand dollars and didn’t wear them because they didn’t look nor felt right in my mouth. So for 2 years and half thank God for the mask mandated I kept my mask on in the public. I knew mask was going to fade away and I was so scared of returning to Crabtree Valley Dental I took a chance and oh my God I met Dr. Hop, Callie and Mel, and my God they have given me life once more, I can smile, talk laugh and eat ago. Dr. Hop is the best thing that ever worked in my mouth. Thank you Dr. Hop your the best and thank you for correcting what was ugly in my mouth to a Hollywood smile. Callie you are one of a kind I love you like a sister. You are awesome in all you do and Mel we are all a family. I hope that we will continue to stay family. I love you guys and will recommend everyone I know to Y’all. Thank you again Dr. Hop, Callie and Mel for giving me my life back.love you guys so much. 😁😁😁😍

Crabtree Dental the best place I have ever gone to for dental work. The staff is very friendly and a welcoming. The wait time is normally less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere is clean and crisp the office and the staff that works in the back with the doctors of very coordinated and organized and I love that. They communicate with patients in an effective manner. Doctor Hop as, I like to call him has excellent bedside manners and he's very friendly with this patient, he communicate in the manner in which I love and he listens very patiently. Crabtree Dental is, where I would go for the rest of my life for dental work because I love the environment, staff and the services provided to me as an individual and as a patient. The work was perfect I am extremely satisfied. So if you want to be happy and you want the best please don't hesitate I give you my word that Crabtree Dental is the place to be. They make sure the patients are happy in every step of the visit. Dr. Hop knows his patients by their names and what each patient requires. Today Wednesday June 29th , 2022 was just another day in paradise, thank you again to the staff at Crabtree Dental for such a warm wonderful visit. The laughter was spiritual love to my soul and so appreciated. Thank you Dr. Hop for all the TLC you put in working with me I also want to thank you because I see how you work with all the other patients and they really do adore you. I just cannot forget that generous and warm staff that you have please don't ever leave it's a match made in heaven which is great for the patience. To start off, walking in feels like you've just entered a lodge in Aspen! Not to mention the tvs on the ceilings AND on the walls in the rooms, everything is peaceful and serene. I heard about this office from a friend who also goes here. The environment is renovated to make patients feel as little stress as possible, we all know the dentist office can be a little nerve wracking. My hygienist, Alyssa is absolutely fantastic and keeps me sane in the chair! Doctor Pope is amazing, gave a thorough examination, and made the experience of finding a new dentist way easier than expected. I am super grateful for this practice and I will be recommending to everyone! Thank you Crabtree Valley Dental, you all are amazing!
