I can’t believe I’m saying this but for the first time in forever I’m excited to be going to the dentist. I had my first visit today and they took the time to listen and planned out the start of my treatment plan. They also gave me pricing so I’d know what to expect for my treatment up front. I felt heard and they curbed any anxiety I was having and believe me when I say that’s no small feat. The whole process from scheduling to checkout was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This was the Best Dental experience of my life! I walked into a beautiful office to friendly smiles and helping hands! My two children and I were quickly taken back and given a tour of the gorgeous and very clean office. The very knowledgeable and friendly hygenist took great care of us! Dr. Sarah Knowles,the best dentist, was quickly behind them with a great check up and very specific instructions on how to keep our teeth healthy! It was a wonderful experience. My children are 7 and 4 and have been to other dentists and it's always a fight to get them there. As soon as we walked in they were very comfortable and said "mommy we like this place" . We all left happy and with very clean teeth! Thank you Crabtree Valley Dental for a wonderful dental experience.

This is the best dentistry! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and they have been great. I neglected to go to the dentist for 3+ years because of my fear and that has all changed. Very patient focused and they communicate so well as they are doing everything, even the routine preventative work. Also, the facility is so nice and welcoming, including TVs on the ceiling. They also take Covid-19 seriously and have a great screening process.

Today was my first visit to Crabtree Valley Dental and from the moment I booked my appointment until I left the office was great! The convenience of booking my appointment online is something I always look for. They made it quick and easy. The entire office is very nice and cozy. The staff that I spoke to were all friendly and they did a wonderful job explaining everything. Oh and did I mention that there are TVs on the ceiling in the rooms?! It was nice being able to relax and watch TV during my appointment. I will definitely be back!

I was easily fooled into the lure of this facility: very impressed with the beautiful building and kindness of the staff. I am new to the area and have always had 6 month check-ins with my previous dentist. I've only had one cavity when I was in elementary school. Six months ago, my first appointment with Crabtree was going great, until the Dentist informed me that I had SEVEN cavities. Unfortunately I was naive, and allowed all of them to be filled.
This time I decided to go to my old dentist back home. He reviewed the previous x-rays and confirmed that there was absolutely no need to do all of those fillings. Not to mention that my teeth are still suffering from sensitivity. Very disappointed that I was fooled by this facility whose motivation is clearly the money, not their patient's wellbeing.
I have never posted a negative review before, but had to share my truth on this experience.

The staff are so happy and bubbly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. They are more than happy to answer questions and offer services to keep your smile at its best. I love that they're open later than other dentist offices so I don't have to miss work. And Lauren rocks!
