This place is great! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities are clean, and the waiting area is beautiful! My regular cleaning was a breeze, they got me in and out quickly. I've never had a better dental experience :)

This was my first time here and I must say it was a great experience! Everyone is very professional and caring i could not ask for a better practice! They put their patients comfort first and consistently made sure I was doing ok and I was not in any discomfort. The staff is so friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of. The ladies at the front deck took time out of their day to call surgery centers to see who would fit with my network and schedule since I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I am so happy to have Crabtree Valley Dental as my dentist office!

Dr Joy is absolutely amazing! She calmed so many of my fears when I first started at her practice. She always asks how I am doing during treatments, and if I need breaks. She is so gentle and explains everything as she’s about to do it. Anyone with dental anxiety should really go see her! She even let me schedule A LOT of work to be all done at once to get it out of the way. We have lived in the area for 10+ years and I am so happy we finally found someone I’m not scared to go to!

A little late on the review, but i went here after Thanksgiving last year to get all 4 wisdom of my teeth removed.
Dr Song did a great job.
I was uncomfortable with the idea of having my wisdom teeth out initially, but she was reassuring and professional.
After removal, i had minimal swelling at most and felt great afterwards.
Definitely highly recommend.

Today was my first appointment with Crabtree Valley Dental. I was referred by a coworker.
The office is very nice and cozy. I was greeted with handshakes and smiles. I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was a bit nervous going in to the appointment. However, staff was very friendly and personable so that helped a lot. My hygienist and Dentist were very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

The facilities at Crabtree Valley Dental are warm and inviting just like the staff. They clearly care about patient comfort and offer just about anything to make your visit more enjoyable whether a blanket or pillow, lip balm etc. The care I received during x-rays, cleaning, dental exam, a couple cosmetic fillings and fitting for a night guard was all excellent, quick and painless. For a new patient you get a full size umbrella as your welcome gift and a cookie on the way out for everyone. You can watch TV during your visit or listen to music and the staff make an effort to learn your preferences for care. I was very thankful to find such a good dental service that works with my insurance.

After going to the same dentist for over 12 years, Crab Tree Valley Dental was one of the most welcoming places I have ever been. After my "new patient experience" I would highly recommend anyone to come and get their dental needs taken care of here. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left I felt very comfortable and welcomed.
