I had an appointment today with Dr. Joy. I needed my tooth extracted and I was very nervous! But it turned out much better than I expected. I also had a deep cleaning with Heidi and she was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental home.

Just left from an earlier appointment that was scheduled at 10:00AM, I had the most pleasant experience. I had never been to the dentist before and the staff made me feel at ease very quickly. 10/10 service and everyone was friendly. I recommend this place to everyone :)

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I just moved here from another state and I was nervous to find a dentist on my own. My first visit was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had that I literally called home to tell my family about it. (The place is gorgeous and reminds me of a log cabin, they give you a tour the first time, they had a gift and a card with my name on it on the chair when I walked in the room, and then offered me a neck pillow or a blanket!)
I had a couple fillings I needed done so I did a few on my second visit. The shot is always the most scary part to me. But the second part was what actually turned out to be the worst because of my sensitive teeth and not enough Novocain. (I need a lot more than most people) Since I already had felt the pain in the beginning of the process it made me terrified to keep going even when my mouth was fully numb. They could feel my anxiety —probably from my shakey legs and arms the entire time and suggested doing the other fillings another day.
The next visit was a game changer. They knew I needed extra numbing so they made extra sure I was completely good to go before starting and offered many options to make sure I was comfortable. This before-treatment calmed my nerves and I was able to get my fillings without the insane anxiety I always get from worrying if I’m about to feel that awful tingling.
HIGHLY recommend for anyone but especially those who have a fear of the dentist as I do. Amazing staff who are all willing to help and a wonderful atmosphere.

Overall I’ve had a great experience at Crabtree Valley Dental! I recommend all of my friends to go here for their dental needs. Since many people have bad associations with dental experiences, the dental hygenists here go above and beyond to make sure you have a great and positive experience!

I have been bringing my daughter here for a little over 2 years now. The front desk and check out staff are always nice, courteous and friendly.
She doesn't get the same hygienist each time, but every hygienist has been gentle. At the last appointment, Cassie was her hygienist.
She has this calmness presence in the room which makes you feel comfortable being there. Also gentle, she takes her time cleaning my daughter's teeth.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but I was pleased with this facility and the staff After just one visit ! The location was super clean and following covid protocols which was nice to see. My hygienist was very kind and explained every step to me as she could see I was having pain and was nervous about my visit. I was explained all the costs and co pays upfront so it was nice that they take the time to break down each line item and cost to you before jumping right in. I value a company that is transparent with their patients. I will continue to be a patient here !
