Both my husband and I go to Crabtree Valley Dental and we love it! I actually started going there first, and when my husband kept complaining about the sub-par customer service at his dental practice and the rough/painful cleanings, I insisted he try Crabtree Valley Dental and he is now the biggest fan! Everyone is always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. And we feel like we're getting great dental care. Highly recommend!

A little context, I've had a few very intense cavities in the past and my past dentist office was very thorough and I was incredibly sad to leave them when I moved from WNC. And I was very picky about who my next dentist would be since moving to Raleigh. I read the reviews and I thought I'd give Crabtree a try. I was able to go to my first appointment about 2 weeks before I was scheduled because they wanted to work me in while they were running a promotion, which was super amazing! The office and rooms were clean and up to date. I got a tour before going in and it was perfect and everything I hoped for. I sat down and expressed my concerns, they examined my teeth, and did the cleaning. Without sounding extra crazy about a dentist appointment, I was just completely impressed. I hope all of my future visits are just as pleasant and I imagine they will be!

These were the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist. Dr. Knowles is super nice, as gentle as possible and totally comfortable giving the patient what they need to have a good experience, even if it's outside the norm!! Cleanings are thorough as well. My family goes there and likes it too.

Dr. Song was absolutely wonderful with her-- she kept my daughter calm and happy, and made it a really easy and stress-free experience for her! And, Denise and Dr. Song both helped me identify a TMJ issue that some other doctors had dismissed. I am so grateful for their amazing knowledge, expertise, and caring professionalism!

Amazing first time experience!! They blew me away with costumer service and having someone come and entertain my little girls so I can focus on my dental health! I would recommend them 100 times over!! I was able to get an appointment the very next day because I was in a lot of pain. The doctor was very clear on everything and answered all of my questions, they even helped me understand how my insurance works and everything that was covered.

Tried scheduling for sedation work, showed up and was told the only person who does sedation wasn’t there, rescheduled a week later, was told she would be out again 2 days before I was due to come back just for consultation, got tired of rescheduling or showing up and the person I need isn’t there. Very bad communication between people, not good at scheduling new patients. Don’t expect to schedule sedation and actually have it done.

Great folks, always willing to work with me if I need to reschedule an appointment without much notice. The dental staff are very professional and make what could be an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible. TV’s in every room help pass the time, a very nice feature.

She makes it clear that they are there for any adjustments or issues, but I have not had to revisit. The entire staff is really friendly and helpful, from scheduling to billing.
