I’m the first one to share that I have anxiety during dental visits. I was led to this wonderful location after a lot of other phones calls and trying to decided what was best. The lobby is very comfortable and easy to relax before treatment. They patiently supported my need to go at a slower pace for my procedure, wrapped me in a blanket for comfort, and made sure I had filtered water. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and easy going. They made sure I was comfortable with the insurance and payment process. I definitely recommend this location as a really positive dental experience. Thank you!

Everyone I interacted with were so friendly. I told the receptionist at checkout that I have never been somewhere like that where every single person was super friendly and welcoming. Every staff member treated me so respectfully and made sure I was comfortable at all times. They know what they're doing with customer service. Not only were they super friendly, professional, and personable, but you could tell the staff also has a lot of dental experience and knew what they were doing. I can't say enough things about Crabtree Valley Dental. Thank you for such a great experience!

First of all, it feels like you’re walking into a mountain lodge, not a dental office! But what’s even better is the staff! I have never been to a medical or dental facility that goes the extra mile to make sure they put the patient and patient’s comfort first. This place does just that. And what’s more is they also genuinely seem to like each other and the work they do there. That kind of staffing magic puts a very nervous me at ease. So glad I fired my old dentist! Lol

Everyone in my family goes to Crabtree Valley Dental! It is so family friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere with the fireplace and the cozy couch in the waiting room makes you feel like you are at a vacation spot. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. The flexible scheduling is a plus as well. I recently had 3 fillings done and it was a great experience. I have to mention the tv on the ceiling while you get work done. Love that! The dentist really puts you at ease and offers detailed information which I appreciate so much. I’m so glad we found them!

During a cleaning I was told I had four cavities and not taking care of them immediately was considered oral negligence. My previous dentist on the west coast had mentioned nothing about cavities. I went ahead and had the four cavities filled and months later I am still dealing with intense sensitivity. I do not recommend this institution and will be finding a new dentist on the East Coast.

The whole staff is amazing. I have terrible anxiety when I have dental work done but every person I’ve met had gone out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable. They have always been so patient and kind even if I was being difficult. During my most recent visit, Dr Joy and Callie stayed after to finish a procedure that I requested to have done at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate everything they have done and am excited to have found a dental practice that I love.

This has been my dentist for 2 years and I really like them. Very professional and clean and some appointments if I need a cavity filled they are able to fit me in same day!! Wild. Parking could be better but overall great office and staff.
