My experience with Crabtree started when they took me in for an emergency visit to alleviate excruciating tooth pain. Dr. Wirick saw me and could not have been more personable, genuine, professional or helpful. I have since recommended anyone looking for a dentist to Crabtree Valley and after 5 + years I can assure everyone that every doctor is just as amazing. The staff is so genuine and always makes you feel comfortable, safe and they assure you that you are in the best hands. Which is true. I do not have young children but I do see them working with children and they work with them beautifully. I VERY HIGHLY recommend.

Probably the only dental office I’ve ever been to that I felt comfortable and appreciated.
The staff are very friendly and actually listened to my concerns. They took the time to explain the procedure and treatment options that were recommended. And, my time was respected. I wasn’t sitting in the exam room for 15 minutes in between people popping in and out.

First visit was a good one. Relocated to the area and had seen the practice in passing, so called and was able to get in next day on cancellation. Besides regular cleaning, needed an additional treatment that was taken care of same day. Dental team is very welcoming, pleasant and caring.

Terrible experiencia!!
In my case it was very bad. The score is for the people who work at the reception because we did not get to meet the medical staff. I called 2 days before and gave them all the insurance information for my 2 daughters, they called me 1 day before and asked me to come 30 minutes before the time I had requested the appointment, I agreed to go and when I arrived they had not checked the insurance and they wanted me to go to the consultation without having spoken with the insurance. I told them that I would expect them to verify the insurance and they were all confused about the insurance information, which was very clear when I gave them all the information. We waited more than 30 minutes and they did not give an answer, 2 patients entered who arrived behind us until we decided to leave the place without having attended to ourselves and we wasted our time that for us is very valuable and obviously not for this place. In the end they never attended to my daughters and they didn't mind our long wait. Good for those who have had better experiences than us, I just have to say that I felt ignored and mistreated by these people who are the face of this office.

I have been going to Crabtree Valley Dental for a few years and have had several different procedures done including crowns, replacement fillings and a cost-effective custom night guard. The building is beautiful the staff is excellent and friendly and always professional. Every visit is smooth and thorough. I called early this morning to schedule an urgent appointment for today and they scheduled me and I was able to get in today and get it fixed! Dr. Joy is absolutely a joy so her name fits her perfectly! I highly recommend them !

Fantastic dentistry practice. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. In and out promptly on usual visits but when additional work other than routine cleaning comes up (oops cavity), I have always been able to get that taken care of right away as well! 5/5!

This business is top notch. Professional, clean, greatly experienced, and organized. Wonderful environment that helps you feel safe and in competent hands. My doctor spent a lot of time explaining all my options for treatment so that I could make the best decision for myself. Have never enjoyed the dentist...but if you have to go, this is the place. The staff are highly trained and a cut above the rest.
