More than once now I've gone in for what should be a routine check up and cleaning, but they somehow manage to fill the time with some other nonsense, to the point where, "well my next patient is here, so you need to reschedule for a cleaning." Which ends up somehow being something other than just a basic cleaning, therefore costing more, on top of the now extra visit I would have to make, because they can't manage their, and my, time wisely. Will not be returning. Steer clear unless you are looking to be nickel and dimed, and having your time be taken advantage of.

Experience has always been professional and courteous. If mistakes were made, they worked with me to remedy them.
Only 4 stars because the place is ostensibly overflowing with silly, white people nonsense and comes off as vapid. The decor looks like a showroom planned by pier 1 imports and lacks any personality, bibles and a kurig can be seen here and there (despite kurig's harmful impact to the environment and the existence of other belief systems), TVs showing HGTV and reality TV shows, etc.
I don't expect any location to redesign based solely on a single review and certainly won't stop coming here because of the above. The service keeps me coming back, I just hate the place looks like the way it does.

Staff is amazing, they make sure everything is taken care and even reminders of potential insurance coverage issues. The work is top notch, no reason to look anywhere else for dental work

This is my first time visiting this dentistry. But I will say the facilities are very clean & inviting. The staff made sure I had everything I needed as well. The Dentist and the assistant made sure I was aware of every step in my procedure and provided me with everything I needed post op. I was very impressed and I will be returning for my routine cleanings as well as any further dentistry needs.
