Gentle Dental Care of Tyler

The staff and Dentist were excellent when I went in for the 1st time. I called them with my problem and they let me in 30min. Then they worked on my teeth after the x-rays immediately and was done in 3 hours. I experienced no pain at all while I was in the chair. I give them more than 5 stars. I am making them my Dentist from here on out. Thank you Gentle Dental for making me smile big again.

Recently moved back home to Texas Returned to see Dr. Gerber initially because that's who I used before moving to Illinois. I was seen by Dr. Simons. Dr. Simons is also awesome. I recommend both..front desk and dental staff are very friendly. If you have to go to the dentist, you will love this place.

I am a VERY apprehensive dental patient. Gentle Dental did all they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I mentioned that I was a little cold and they brought me an afghan to put over my legs!

I got my husband to switch to Gentle Dental also. Now to get my daughter there!

Definitely recommend Gentle Dentle Care. All the staff is so nice and friendly and Dr. Simons was great. They were aware of my dentist fear and did everything to make me comfortable and everything went very smooth. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled which was my first time to have a tooth pulled, and even calling them after the procedure the staff has been great at answering all my questions and making sure that I'm doing ok. Great place, definitely check them out if you are in need of a dentist!

I can’t say enough about Gentle Dental!! They pamper you and make your experience a pleasant one. The staff is very qualified and have great bed side manners. The doctors are very personal and caring. My experience with Gentle Dental was awesome!!!

Love Gentle Dental and the staff everyone has been great. We have a 15 year old that has Autism and ADHD. We have struggled for years finding a dental office and dentist that would work with him. We would go and they would tell us that we needed to look for another dentist they could not work with him. So we went a few years and we finally found Gentle Dental and all I can say is wow. These guys care and we finally have been able to get a check up cleaning and dental work done. We are happy parents here. Would recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for a new Dentist. This is probably the best dental office I’ve ever came across, the whole staff is just an absolute pleasure to be around. I’ve recommended them to several people and I always hear great things after they visit the office! 10/10 recommend!!!!

From the start...caring compassionate staff that welcomed me! They listened. Very thorough. Went over prices ahead of time and really worked with my schedule! Only problem my partial doesn't fit after a difficult filling. I'm usually very nervous, but they really helped me relax and get my dental work done! Grateful I found them!!
