The entire staff was great! From the time I walked in until the time left, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I only met Dr. Gerber for a brief moment, but that moment was well worth me considering to switch my dental care over to Gentle Dental.

Frist time there. Everybody from the front desk (Ms Mary) to Ms Heather the RDA, to Dr Zackery Simmons DDS. And the oral hygienist. sorry can't remember her name. Are the best. Everyone very attentive explained everything that was happening. Best ever experience I've ever had . Absolutely recommend them and Gentle Denral care of Tyler for any and all dental care. They are very customer oriented. Lacy was sweet and gave me a tour, and they also give gift bags. I love the Christian music they play, and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Simon's is nice, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. The shot was virtually painless. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I put off going to the dentist for a while because, well, it's the dentist! A neighbor referred me here and I'm very happy they did because they were super friendly and very professional! They helped me check with my insurance which was so helpful, gave me options for the few cavities I need worked on and we set up a plan of action, and they offer things for high anxiety people like myself and my wife. I don't look forward to the drills but I do look forward to seeing the staff again and know they will take good care of my wife and I!

I have severe anxiety with the dentist and needed extensive work! dr Simmons and his team have been great! They make it not so terrible to come. I don’t feel Judged and when I needed a crown made they made a temp that literally looked prettier then my real teeth!
