Walked into Dr Gerber's office this morning at the scheduled time and was greeted by Vanessa who called my 8yr old grandson by name and shook his hand. She was very professional. The office is very clean, neat and nicely decorated. Vanessa gave us a tour of the office and introduced us to the office staff. Everyone welcomed us with eye contact and smiles. She went over what todays treatment would involve and looked forward to having my grandson treated. However it turned out that they did not accept our insurance coverage. They were very gracious and and apologetic for our wasted trip. The professionalism of this front office reflects the Dr's attention to detail and surely his patient care. If they accept the new insurance plan that takes effect in the new year I will gladly return.

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth taken out (they had already cut through the gum so I was not going to be put to sleep). The staff were so welcoming, honest, helpful, calming, sweet, I could go on. My teeth extractions took about 2 min, couldn’t be more thankful for that. I took the pain medication prescribed shortly after once and have just taken ibuprofen after. Highly recommend this place!

They got me in and out and the doctor which I forgot his name was super gentle and I fill great will be going back

The staff at this location are very competent and friendly. I appreciate the smiles and excellent service. Although, at times, I am a reluctant patient, there is no other place I would prefer to go. I am glad my teeth are in the good hands of Gentle Dental. I also love the music they play.

I needed a dentist fast so I went online and found Gentle Dental was accepting new patients. I chatted and was responded to immediately. I loved my whole experience. The office staff, dental assistant Carla, and Dr. Simon are all awesome. This will be my dental office!

I have been coming to Gentle Dental for 8year and love them. Dr. Ferber and his staff do a wonderful job of caring for my teeth and gums. They are compassionate and truly gentle. I highly recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

My favorite group of folks. Gentle Dental always exceeds expectations. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and my experience is always an A+. Staff and Dr. Gerber are always a joy. Wouldn't have anyone else provide our family's dental care.

Had dental presedure done yesterday and I guess like most I was very apprehensive, me more than most! It's just that I haven't seen a dentist in years. From the time I walked in' until the time I left I felt comfortable. The staff, hygentist, are wonderful, and very genuine, they let you know step by step what's going on! Dr. Gerber has a bedside manner that is comparable to none, that I've ever seen! Hes kind' with a Great sense of humor! Knowing a Christian man is my dentist is a great plus! Anyway if there is such a thing as a pleasant experience at the dentist, I've found one!!! He doesn't have a team- has formed a Family!

Staff was very friendly. Although they asked for more than I thought they would charge me, based on my insurance deductible, we ultimately agreed upon pricing and went forward. I paid, I left, then two weeks later I start receiving requests for hundreds of more dollars?? Absolute scam. My former roommate went to them as well and they screwed him the exact same way.
