I used to HATE going to the dentist. Erin has been such a great hygienist that I don't mind going anymore. In fact, I look forward to our visits. She is compassionate yet professional and very, very detailed in her work. She takes great pride in what she does, and it's evident in the results. Thank you, Erin, for all you do!

I returned to Gentle Dental after moving back to East Texas from Dallas area. It was like a wonderful family reunion. Dr Gerber's staff welcomed me back with the same friendly, professional approach I had previously experienced. I have some complicated dental work ahead and am confident Gentle Dental's plan of action will be as fast as possible while according me the highest level of technology at the most reasonable cost. Dr. Gerber & his staff are absolutely wonderful! I've had severe dental anxiety for years & refused to go to any dentist because of it. I tried several other dental places around Tyler but never felt comfortable enough to go back. But Dr. Gerber took his time & explained everything that i needed done & all of my treatment options, & the order in which things needed to be done. They've also been extremely helpful & coopertive with the fact that I have 2 different insurances & have worked with me on getting everything paid. After my first two appointments went so well i also decided to shcedule both of kids there for their first dental visits. They were even more patient with my kids & showed them everything & let them help so that they wouldn't be nervous or scared. After my appointments Dr. Gerber even text me to make sure that i was doing ok. I highly recommend Gental Dental to everyone, kids also, but especially to those with any degree of dental anxiety. I would never have been able to get the work done that i so desperately needed if it were not for Dr. Gerber & his amazing staff!

Incredibly friendly staff. Thorough and inexpensive consultation for first time patients. They got me in for a 3 hour procedure the day after I called. Dr. Simons was great. Definitely lives up to their name 😁

I have had several appointments and procedures at Gentle Dental in Tyler. The entire staff there makes you feel like family and they are very knowledgeable as well. I'm usually not too fond of the dentist, but I felt very comfortable having work done there.

The staff was super nice and answered any questions that I had. I’ve had trouble finding a nice dentist in the past, but I was very impressed by how kind everyone was during my first visit and I will definitely be returning!

Gentle Dental has been outstanding... easy to work with, helpful reminders, great scheduling and awesome service. Highly recommend them! Amber and Shaye were great last time!

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient needing a standard cleaning. Upon arrival, X-Rays were taken and a review with the Doctor. Afterwards, I learned that I must schedule ANOTHER appointment for an actual cleaning?? This was not mentioned during phone scheduling and is very deceptive. Staff needs to be trained and educated to instruct new clients BEFORE scheduling that two appointments will be required. I chose not to schedule a secondary another appointment due to this. The staff is extremely nice and beautiful facility.

I have lived all over this country and been to numerous dental offices. Gentle Dental Care is truly a "gentle" experience. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
