Every visit to Gentle Dental is effortless and extremely pleasant. The entire staff is professional as well as full of knowledge and personality. They also genuinely care about you and your wants and needs. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Love my Dentist and Staff! Always a smile accompanied by a cheerful good morning. During procedure the hygienists stop periodically to give me the opportunity to answer her questions, instead of them asking knowing I'm in a position where I can't talk with their hands in my mouth. I have always been horrified of going to the dentist, but after several very pleasant visits to this office, I am finally able to go to the dentist without tremendous fear. All of the staff members are so friendly and genuinely care about your comfort. Dr. Sendelbach makes the appointments as comfortable as possible, and even calls later in the evening to check on your well being after the more difficult appointments. My teeth are finally all healthy again, and I owe it all to Dr. Sendelbach and the great staff members at Gentle Dental!

A Place and Practice Well Named! After a unpleasant experience at another dentist six months ago, I came here to find a staff that rolled out the red carpet of hospitality. The minute I walked in the door, they were personable and very considerate. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. My procedures went excellent and Dr. Gerber made certain that everything was gentle. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

I am so grateful for the service Dr. Simons provided my son and the understanding and care he took in our specific situation. It made and such a difference with my son’s dental procedure experience. We’ve been to a few different dentists and by far Dr. Simons has been the most helpful. The staff is so kind and provide a calming environment.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Gerber and his staff. From the time I walked through the door, I received the VIP treatment. His staff was very friendly and professional. Their skills were top notch and the equipment state-of-the-art. My x-rays and cleaning were the most thorough I have ever had. At my age I have had quite a few dental experiences, and this office is in a category of it's own. I highly recommend.

The new office is fantastic! Erin is the best dental hygienist in Tyler, try her and see! Amber did a good job with my trays for my teeth whitening. The new chair was much more comfortable than the old one.

I Am 100% satisfied and beyond with the professional attendance I received by the Entire staff. They were more than curious and attentive. They listened to my concerns and not once did I feel neglected or ignored. Dr. GERBER is an Excellent Doctor. Having seen other doctors, Dr. GERBER IS A TOP SHELF man of his profession.

*To add: Barbera, office staff, has a fun (over the phone) personality, though I've never met her. **Other dentists are a "Flash in a Pan." But, Doctor GERBER is a staple to Tyler and East Texas. -Carvajal

Best root canal I've ever had! But, really, the staff and Dr. Gerber were fantastic. The afternoon after I had the work done, Dr. Gerber called/texted me personally to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental.
