Super nice and sweet staff. Loved my first time visit.

I lost a filling on my front tooth over the weekend, and when I dropped in at the office first thing Monday morning, they quickly worked me into the schedule to assess the situation and schedule a re-filling of the tooth within a few days. Dr. Gerber was so welcoming and skillful as always. Thanks Gentle Dental for being a great practice for me and my family!

Went in for second opinion after another dentist claimed I needed thousands of dollars of work done or all my teeth were going to fall out. Glad I did, had a thorough checkup from Dr. Gerber and turns out only had a couple of minor issues. Very nice and trustworthy and dont feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They now have a new patient! Also, Carmen was awesome!!!

The dentists and staff here are unbelievably friendly, helpful, and attentive to the patients. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. Both visits I've had here have been amazing and go above and beyond what I've come to expect at a dental office.

We came for his every 3 month cleaning, he starts counting the days a month ahead! His niece had appointments with her dentist and orthodontist, we took her and Rusty informed her and everyone there that the only dentist for him is our Dr. Gerber! He absolutely loves him and all the staff there as well! Erin is wonderfully kind and patient with him and Dana goes out of her way to make sure he feels special, which he loves,,, he is mentally challenged and can be a trial sometimes, thank you for all your kindness to him and for making seeing a dentist a pleasure for him. We are also grateful that the office has a Christian atmosphere , plays soft Christian music, very comforting.. we love you all...

Dr. Sendelbach did a great job and didn't recommend treatments that were not of immediate need. Friendly and personable and I appreciated the evening call to see how I was feeling. Carmen and Dana were great too! Financial Desk worked really hard to make sure my dental benefits were processed correctly through two different insurers-thanks Erika!

My wife and I are always happy with the dental care we receive at Gentle Dental in Tyler. Always excellent dental work, no long waits, and reasonable rates. So what's not to love? We highly recommend them.

My son and daughter have been going since they were 3 years old. About every few months they ask if it’s time to go back to the dentist. They love going because the hygienist always are very nice, they receive their own carry out bag and a prize from the treasure chest. I often remind them to brush, but when the young ladies tell them to make sure they brush, they follow every direction given. We love Dr. Gerber as well. Every dental experience has been wonderful. For 15 years Dr. Gerber and his staff have cared for my teeth. Follow his directions and you’ll have pearly white teeth that everyone will ask you about. Besides that, it’s fun everytime and I never get tired of Dr. Gerber’s jokes. He has excellent bedside manner. I promise you you’ll have a great experience. They are not perfect but they come real close to it. If something isn’t right, they get right on it to correct it and problems almost never happen. Any place that I can go and I’m always treated like my family and I matter can have my business for another 15 years. Go and enjoy your experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well a trip to the dentist could be. The staff was kind, attentive and gentle as the name suggests while still be thorough.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dental Care. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. My experience in the chair with the dental assistant was professional, informative and pleasant. Dr. Gerber was very kind, informative (with a positive attitude) as well as GENTLE. The overall experience was so different from what I have experienced in other dental offices, therefore, I would certainly recommend this practice.
