Still respecting the precautions of the ‘Covid era,’ not really necessary anymore, but love the cleanliness involved.
Offered different chips/bottled water\snacks in waiting room.
Questions were asked on an iPad, not a piece of paper, which was a futuristic experience.

Carley was so nice and gentle with my cleaning. Lacey had great chairside manners. Dr. Simons was very professional loved him. Everyone was nice and friendly from the receptionist to the Dentist. One of the best experiences I've had at a Dentist.

I had my first appointment today and saw Dr. Simons. All staff members (front end, dental assistant, hygienist and dentist) we’re super kind and helpful! Im very happy and excited to become a patient at this practice. Would recommend this dental office to anyone!

Update: Gentle Dental Care is still an amazing dental office! I haven't had to see them for atleast 2 years now but ended up having an issue with a crown and they were able to see me that day. My prior dentist Dr Sendalbach is no longer there but I have seen Dr. Gerber before and now Dr. Simons who is great! We ended up replacing two crowns, Dr. Simons and Irma made sure everything went well! They are extremely patient and make you feel less anxious about having to be at the dentist! They are also affordable and I believe they do offer care credit if it is needed!
I came to Gentle Dental Care after having a not so great experience with what I would call a dental mill! The type of place that takes as many patients as possible to get more money! I was a little apprehensive since I was already out of a lot of money and time. My consultation here was amazing . The entire staff was extremely welcoming. They actually took the time to introduce me to everyone, they had a gift bag and explained everything that was going to happen! They gave me options for what my treatment plan could be and took into account what my end goal was! I have been there quite a few times now and each time they’re there with a smile on their face ready to help! The work that they do is leagues above the place I was at before! I would recommend them to everyone!

Once again, I had a wonderful dental visit. I am treated with respect and kindness from the moment I walk in. My anxiety about the dentist has dropped tremendously since I started going to Gentle Dental last October.

As a very anxious patient, I highly recommend Gentle Dental. Such a nice office. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and courteous. They explained each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Simons made me feel at ease and that really means a lot. They were up front with pricing, explained all costs and offer a savings plan as well!
