I have always had a terrible time find a dentist that makes me feel comfortable. The whole staff at Gentle Dental Care were very welcoming and make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I wouldn’t trade Dr. Gerber nor Erin or any of the staff at Gentle Dental for anything in the world!!! Even with my insurance outta network, I will stay with this group of wonderful people. Very Christian atmosphere and very family oriented!! I just love Gentle Dental!!!

I am fairly new to town and needed an emergency dentist for my son who was experiencing tooth pain. We were seen fairly quickly and it was determined that a root canal was necessary. We went in for the root canal on Monday and after the procedure, my son came out in a ton of pain and was very swollen. I didn’t speak to the dentist (which I thought was strange) but the dental assistant very nicely told me that his infection was pretty severe which was why he was in so much pain. They called in a prescription for stronger antibiotics and pain killers. The next day my son looked even worse. His swelling had multiplied and I called in to see if this was normal. I did speak to the dentist then and he reiterated that he had a lot of infection and all of the work could have made them “angry”. It still didn’t feel right to me, as the day wore on, and my son got worse. I decided to contact another dentist to get a second opinion. That dentist referred me to an endodontist that discovered through x - ray that an instrument was left in my son’s tooth. So now my son has to have a second root canal. And if he can’t get the instrument out then he will have to have oral surgery.

I went in and asked for a refund on my procedure and I will say that everyone was polite and no one argued with me about refunding my money.

But what happens if my son has to have an additional surgery due to this mistake?

Needless to say I am incredibly upset. I would also like to note that the endodontist, who is a specialist, is half the price of what I was charged at Gentle Dental for the same procedure.

I gave them a two star because the staff was incredibly polite and no one argued with my request for a refund.

All the staff has been very kind to me every time I've been in, I've been a customer for nearly a year now. I was able to pay for a plan that covers a certain amount of cleanings & an emergency visit per year which I really enjoyed because I didn't have to pay each time I went in for an appointment, I just took care of the whole year ahead of time.

Gental Dental Care is AWESOME!!!!! The staff are kind, caring and compassionate and above all else very professional. I am always treated with respect and kindness when I go there. Its a 30 mile drive from my house and there are dentist that are much closer to where I live but I get such a great feeling whenever I go there I have not wanted to change. Shay, dental hygenist, is awesome and does a great job cleaning my teeth and we have some great conversations. Dr Gerber is the best. Not only is he a great dentist but very personable and friendly and takes the time to answer all my questions when Im there. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental Care to anyone needing a dentist or cleaning.

I met Dr. Gerber years ago and decided to use him as my dentist. Dr. Gerber and his staff are very friendly and professional. Erin is my hygienist and is awesome. I would recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

I absolutely love coming here. The staff is really friendly and Erin is amazing with cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gerber is always so professional and friendly.

Came from out of town to visit my father-in-law at the hospital and my tooth broke on the way! I called the office first thing and Megan got me in by 8:40a! I have always been terrified of Dentists and this office was SO kind, patient, gracious, calming....a true God send! Dr. Gerber is the most gentle, patient dentist I have ever met and am so very grateful that he is now my new dentist!
