I’ve always been a nervous wreck going to the dentist but everyone that works there is so kind! They actually care about how you’re feeling, offer water or if you’re cold, a blanket etc.
Dr gerber is SO patient and reassured me the whole time I was doing good which made me feel better! I’ve put off going to the dentist for years because of my previous AWFUL experiences at different offices but dr gerber takes his time and cares about you. It’s nice to feel like I matter not like I’m just another patient.
They offered me a payment plan which is SO helpful!!
Love this place and will continue to use them!

If you are terrified of the dentist like me. Please allow me to put your fears to rest. The entire staff at Gentel Dental are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Dr. Gerber is the absolute best. I promise you, you will say way did I wait so long. I love the staff there.

The dental staff and front desk were really helpful, professional, and personable! Dr. Simons was very professional and helped me understand every step of the process and what was going on with my dental health. We will definitely be coming back!

I’m a new patient and when I made an appointment it was later in the morning but Barbara texted me and asked if I could come sooner. What a relief!! The staff is great and made me at ease with my visit seeing as how the dentist my least favorite place. I will definitely be back for service!!

The staff at Gentle Dental stepped up to handle a scheduling issue efficiently. I was in and out on time with no issues. Erin took care of my procedure quickly and as the name says "Gentle Dental" as always. Thanks to all.

Dr. Gerber has been my dentist for the last 10 1/2 years. He is so nice and has completely transformed my mouth into something I can be proud of. He is very gentle and I am no longer scared to visit the dentist. I recently moved to DFW and I still make the drive 4 hours there and back because he is one of a kind. Even the dentists in the metroplex do not compare. He is hands down the best dentist/person I have ever met. And is staff is always friendly and professional. Everyone is really great!

Beware!!!! Do not go here. They are unorganized and the front desk lady is really mean. They let a whole procedure go through when it wasn’t even covered by our insurance when they said it would be! They messed up and don’t want to take any responsibility for their actions. I would never recommend coming to them for any kind of dental work. I would recommend you find another place. Very rude and made us feel sorry that we ever contacted them, it’s been nothing but surprise after surprise with them.

I read all the review and to the people who were negative I don't know where you went. Gentle dental is out of this world extremely professional. Staff is amazing. To say I have a fear of the dentist is a understament. They took that into consideration and made my concerns disappear. The next thing that happened after my procedure is I received a phone call from the doc himself not the office staff but from him. That's says a lot of him as a doctor. I am actually excited about my vist next week. I am so glad I found my dentist who can NEVER retire.
