Gentle Dental Care of Tyler

I was in from out of town and my 7 year old daughter had a dental emergency. Gental Dental was able to get us in and taken care of within an hour of calling. The staff was professional and friendly. If I lived in the Tyler TX area this would be the dentist of choice for my family.

Great experience with my teeth cleaning . Cost is little high without dental insurance. But overall a great experience.

I had an amazing experience at Gentle Dental. The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. For anyone who may have anxiety about visiting the dentist, I would highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Went in for a regular cleaning and told the lady it was fine if she added some kind of protective layer she offered. Other than that the visit was normal. I was charged 160$ and told my insurance wouldn't cover it, because i had a "Deep Cleaning". I refused to pay, because they lied about what I was being charged for and eventually sent me to collections. Just another salesman in disguise. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. In fact I haven't been to the dentist in 14 years. I broke down and went searching for a dental office yesterday because of extreme pain and really no other choice. Searching for anyone who had an open appointment as luck would have it this place did! When I walked in I was immediately greeted warmly by Allison who took me on a tour of the facility and did her best to calm my nerves. Alana the tech was incredible the whole time. I ended up having an extraction (which came with an embarrassing anxiety attack) and Alana was so comforting the entire time. She even wiped my tears for me! Dr. Simons was a total gentleman and very calming. He allowed me to take breaks when needed and let me be in control the whole time. He and Alana made an awesome team. I wish I could remember her name but even the financial lady was sweet. Alana also had this wonderful tapping technique that helped the anxiety so much. Even more impressive, Dr. Simons himself called this morning to check on me and see how things were going. I myself have worked with lots and lots of doctors and have never ever seen a physician make a phone call to a patient. Let me wrap it up, this clinic as a whole went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Looks like after 14 years I finally found a dentist I'm not afraid of.

These are the sweetest professional people that I have met in a long time!!!!l And my Dr is the best I call him Dr. B. His name is Dr. Bryan Sendelbach.. and his staff are the best. Go on over get yourself an appointment, give them a call or whatever you need to do to be seen.I promise you will be happy.

Great fast service had all work done during my lunch

Today I had my first appointment after avoiding the Dentists for many many years. I was so scared that I haven't slept the last two nights and this morning I kept trying to make mental excuses to cancel the appointment. I got there 5 minutes early my heart pounding and stomach churning to be greeted with the warmest, most genuine caring smiles and encouragement from the staff. I was introduced to Shea the Hygienist that would be working on me and she explained what she would be doing then Dr. Gerber came in and numbed the area that Shea would be working on, he didn't rush, he didn't hurt me and he assured me that everything was going to be fine and I was. Shea took over and made me feel like I was the most important patient she had. are my gums sore? yes is it tolerable yes, will I go back? yes and will I ever loose sleep again because of the Dentist NO . Thank you Dr. Gerber, Shea and all the staff that encouraged, hand held and genuinely care.

This office has such a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The staff all show utmost respect for each other and work well together. The peace and calm comes from people who have a relationship with God. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone. The 75 mile drive is well worth it!
