Opposite to the other reviews I read, my experience with this dental practice was far from ideal. 7:00 am appointment which was very convenient since I needed to go to work, got there at 6:50 am and they received me promptly, the cleaning and RXs for new customer were fast and the personnel was friendly. The problem came after the D. Assistant asked me to wait for the dentist. After waiting for 40 minutes I left without being seen. This was really bad for me because my insurance pays for one RX shots per year so I needed to go to another dentist and pay for the new RXs. When I requested the dentist for my RXs he refused to send them to me, I finally received them 3 weeks after I originally asked for them and called them multiple times. It is illegal for them to refuse to give us our dental records BTW. I would not personally recommend this dentist.
