The receptionist down to the hygienist to the Dentist they are very straight forward and also kind. They are very thorough. My consultation took about 3 hours and they are very informative. No judgement zone for sure. They want what's best for you but also their wallet because he is gonna give what you need and if your like me and haven't kept up your teeth its gonna cost you alot. Thank God they take care credit and they will let uou make payments.

The staff at Aspen dental are great customer service is satisfactory I give them a 10 they make sure I was comfortable they make sure you are understanding of what procedures and things that needs to be done and they are really knowledgeable about your dental and healthcare needs

My thought of this place is that I’ve never experienced anything such as this. First of all the receptionist didn’t acknowledge the fact that I was in the building when I got there, until about 10 minutes, while she talked on the phone, it sounded like a personal conversation with a friend, secondly after she finally seen me, she said she had to take my temperature, so I proceeded around through the side door, she grabs a thermometer straight from laying on the desk, didn’t sanitize it at all, slaps it straight in my mouth for my temperature,, then I proceeded to go back outside to fill my paperwork out, upon returning my paper work back inside, a different receptionist this time was talking casually on her phone, what do know I had to wait about another ten minutes again, I was in so much pain until I could hardly bare it, and what do you know after all of this, he didn’t try to fix my problem, if I didn’t have a tooth ache I would have never driven around 60 miles, trying to find help just say they can’t help me, I wouldn’t take a dead cat back to Aspen Dental, and I’m gone make sure I tell everybody else about my experience there, I’m also gone let my Insurance Company know not to pay Aspen Dental not one red penny, because I’m not satisfied with any service, I received there. Besides who takes everybody temperature with the same thermometer, and doesn’t have any throw away plastic to cover it with, this is sickening, I’m gonna file a complaint with the better business bureau also.

Everyone were friendly and very helpful. The wait time were fast. The office very clean and they sanitize after every patient and made sure that they follow the guidelines for covid. Extremely Satisfied!

Office kept pushing us to come in at an earlier time, then changed our appointment against our wishes the day of the appointment. The office staff is the most unprofessional dental office I've ever encountered.

The hygienist, Lori, or whatever her name is, was rude from the moment she sat me down. She apparently doesn’t like piercings & started critiquing my nose rings telling me that I should take them out then proceeds to catch an attitude about me not wanting to buy their $100 toothbrush. Employees were gossiping about another patient while I was seated. Unprofessional, would not recommend. They righteously deserve 0 stars as a review. Very unsanitary btw
