A good talk with business office. I didn't understand at first, but she took the time to explain the bill to me. I have Parkinson and it is hard for me to get around, but they were very accommodating

My experience was great. The dentist, I can't remember his name at the moment, was very compassionate. I was feeling some pain when he first started the extraction and he gave me another shot and had the tooth out before I knew it. He was very caring and comforting with me. I definitely want him to do my future dental work.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS! They are for Aspen Dental (the franchise) - not just this Prattville location.
The people who make the appointments are in a separate location, despite the fact that only one number for the place is listed. So I was quoted the WRONG price over the phone.
I don't have dental insurance. I find it cheaper just to pay cash for preventive care. So whenever I make an appointment I always ask for the cash price, so that I know what I'm going to pay. I was told my son's appointment would cost $60.
After the appointment I was told to pay $260. I asked for a print out of the costs. After a lot of back and forth, they called their appointment line and found that I had been told the wrong price. But they still didn't charge me the quoted price they just charged me $125.
NEVER GOING BACK. Very unprofessional establishment!

I am not a person who is always comfortable going to the dentist, but I will say that Aspen Dental changed that, I was very impressed with the staff....especially Ms. Nikki, she is was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions that I had, and definitely made the visit more bearable. Dr. Emmons was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I could understand. Thank you so much Aspen for changing my whole outlook on going to the dentist.

Great experience! The entire staff and Dr. Emmons were very kind and helpful through the whole process with my daughter. She has anxiety when she goes to the dentist and she really liked Dr. Emmons.

I'm giving them a 1 star because I believe this place is very unprofessional, inexperienced and I believe they just want to make money off of you.

when the exam started all the hygienist did was measure my teeth with one of their instruments, and after the hygienist was done with that she told me I have a "pretty bad" infection going on in my gums and that my jaw bone holding my teeth in had deteriorated some and that we had to treat the infection with a prescribed toothbrush and a medical wash or more bone would deteriorate. I thought this was weird because ive never had discomfort in my mouth in a very long time. but I brushed it off because they are suppose to be the professionals right? well we continued the exam with the dentists saidI had a very small cavity and was told to "just monitor it for now". I thought that was weird as well. so when the exam is done I was expecting a cleaning and was told (just like i overheard them tell another patient before me) that they do not do cleanings on the first appointment, but I know I was very clear when I made the appointment that i asked if I would get a cleaning as well and was told I would. And I assume the patient before was told the same because she left very upset after being told she wouldn't get a cleaning on the same day.

so now when I finally went to be discharged and to make another appointment they was still trying to get my insurance to go through, and they was no problem except that when I was phoning my insurance company to get information for them if was taking a littler longer than expected and during the wait the "finance manager" told me I better hope I can get the information soon cause they close in 15 minutes at 1pm and that she may just have to tell me to come back another day to do this. I thought that was kind of rude. then a little later after that I asked her if they close at 1 everyday and she said that they close for lunch and then she just started ranting about how people just don't understand that her staff needs a lunch break, and I sensed that she was indirectly fussing at me as well. very unprofessional to me. then after we got the insurance figured out I asked about the cleaning appointment and she told me that since I needed a special wash that I was going to have to make a payment of $189 (that's the price after insurance) before I can have a cleaning done with them. and in the middle of all this the dentist out of nowhere comes and change my paperwork to say I have gingivitis. he didn't talk to me about any of that at all. (at this point I'm a little sketched out with this place.

so while I'm leaving I called my insurance to make sure I am covered for another appointment to go get a second opinion because I have always taken great care of my teeth so hearing all this stuff they said was wrong with my mouth didn't sit right with me at all.

so I just got back from the appointment I made at the second dentist for a second opinion and they didn't find any issues of the sort from what aspen dental told me they saw, the small cavity I do have is getting filled tomorrow. I was told to "just monitor it" they even did a cleaning before the exam every even started. I do not recommend aspen dental to anyone at all and I think they should be reevaluated to make sure they know what they are doing.

The workers there at the desk are not welcoming. They can be rude and disrespectful at times. The dentist that did Jasperina and Jecolia teeth wasn't gentle and their teeth were hurting afterwards. As children we should not have to notice things like that coming from adults or even have to experience that , we should feel welcome and not unwelcome. Their friend that visited with them even notice how the workers at the desk were rude that shouldn't even happen. Moral of the story is if you don't enjoy where you work then you should leave.
