The office manager, Sierra (I believe) was so nice and answered all of our questions. I honestly wish more people in "customer service" acted like she did. The dentist, Dr Emmons had great bed side manner, was honest and not judgemental. He seemed to really care about letting me know what my options were. 10/10 you will be in good hands.. Have another appointment this week.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. When I became emotional they were very patient and did everything they could to help me calm down. They listen to my concerns and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all that had to be done to my mouth to ensure I had a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.

WORST experience ever! I had an emergency dental appointment and after taking numerous x rays, getting my teeth “measured for a cleaning” (wasn’t there for that so, that was strange)and waiting for 3 hours, the dentist was SO RUDE (Dr. Emmons) I was in SO MUCH pain I could barely open my eyes. The dentist literally said, “did they not tell you when you got your last cleaning that you had a cavity?” Obviously not or I would have gotten it fixed then and there. All of this to be told they couldn’t fix it. Why even go?!? I was under the impression that they would be fixing my tooth. Nope. Waiting for hours, being poked and X-RAYed to death all to be told they couldn’t help me that day. PLEASE don’t waste your time!

Horrible experience at the Montgomery Eastchase location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I get there 15mins early as requested, the receptionist sits there 25mins making personal calls you could hear her conversation in the lobby.She didn’t acknowledge me or other guest in the lobby not even to say I’ll be with you in a moment. The technician taking the X-rays was horrible I have cuts in the bottom of my mouth from the force she used to jam the equipment into my swollen mouth. They hygienist was great not very personable but did her job well. I went in on Thursday due to an abscess, after seeing the dentist I HAD TO ASK for antibiotics, I was not given anything for pain or at least given an anti inflammatory to help reduce the swelling. If that wasn’t enough the office manger who was suppose to go over treatments, payments, schedule next visit ect had left for the day. I was informed that I would be contacted by phone on Monday. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am the granddaughter of Mildred. I called and asked Several questions before I brought my 95 year old grandmother to the Aspen clinic. She is in a wheelchair and has dementia. We needed to get her another top plate for her dentures. The person who was seeing her was very short with us and upset because she could not stand to get X-rays. (why is the clinic not handicapped accessible?!?!) They got her into a dental chair looked at her and then wanted us to go back into the waiting room because they needed the chair. The chairs on either side of us were empty. Then - it blew my mind because they wanted us to bring her back another day to do the impressions. My Uncle was with me and he had to have a discussion with the manager to get the impressions- so they finally did the impression on that visit. We got to the clinic at 8:30, 15 minutes before appointment as instructed and we didn't leave until almost 11. As I stated above I asked questions to make sure this was something that could be done quickly as it is hard to get her from the nursing home to the dentist or Dr. The staff was not helpful- the only person who was helpful was the receptionist. I am not excited to have to take her back a minimum of at least 2 more times. Stay tuned for the second appointment- I will be reviewing that- it will be on Wednesday.

Everyone was kind and respectful. They helped me with my primary dental issue, a lost cap, and managed to take care of me in a timely fashion, they also were able to schedule me and do emergency oral surgery! The dentist and oral surgeon were professional and caring.

Unacceptable service. I have pain in two teeth and scheduled an appointment for an initial exam. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told that it had been canceled because I never responded to the text message the day before confirming the date and time. My phone number was correct in their system, but I never got the message. They would not fit me in that same day at all. How nice of them to give me some notice ahead of time that this was the practice...or work with me after to get my issues taken care of...so glad I burned vacation time to get absolutely nothing done to relieve my pain.

I called appointment was made for the 20th but due to emergency and tolerance of pain i was seen and helped in timely manner the service was great and the receptionist Cierra was really great and very helpful with my financial status
