Dr Johnny Williams is awesome. He did a dental procedure, and then the extractions for my new dentures.
I've had a few issues that I've had to call for, but they get me in that day to take care of that issue.
Carla, Kena, Lori, and there's one more nurse that helped Dr W that I don't know her name and they are all great! And do everything in their power to help me.
Felicia, Heather, and another lady that I don't know her name, they are fabulous in the office.
I definitely recommend Aspen Dental Prattville Alabama!

I had 21teeth removed the first time and she lacked the strength or knowledge on how to remove the last 2 and sent me home with nothing for pain just antibiotics. Had to go bk in about a month to have the last 2 removed and 2 months later I'm still having bits and pcs of teeth coming out.
Now as far as dentures go...they fly out of your mouth every time you speak unless you use half a tube of fix a dent.

10:00 appointment wasn't seen until 12:00, f the didn't leave until 3:00
Overpriced!!! Told me they were in network with my insurance provider but quoted me completely wrong coverage.
Feel like they are money hungry and try to rip people off.
My friend and I both left and will go somewhere else.

The dentist I had was alittle unfriendly and I had a not well experience dental assistant. She look new and just right out of college. She did ok, just need to pay more attention to details. I wish the dentist I don't remember his name but is an older guy was alittle friendlier, and not to cut people off when they try to explain certain things to him. Don't tell people " Now don't care what you have or take" or so on. I just trying to say that there is certain Meds I can't take. The staff was friendly though.

The Staff and Doctors are friendly, nice and made me feel comfortable I do not like dentist and they made my visit welcoming, and my anxiety was minium. Thank you Aspen Dental Staff and Doctors for making my visit great.

Jessica Bates is the best office manager I have seen in this place. She is prompt in answering queries, responding to emails. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency that she deals with all situations.

The staff was professional and friendly. The dentist had an amazing bedside manner. This was a very positive trip to the dentist, which is saying something considering the trip was for an emergency extraction.

Each visit it's a different dentist. I would love to see some consistency. I love my hygenist. She has been my hygenist since I started coming. Front desk clerk and the young lady who did my x-rays need to work on their customer service. They aren't very welcoming. I will probably be looking for another dental office.
