The doctor was more concerned about where I was from than my actual problem. He was rude and basically told me he would call me a nickname because my name was “too hard” Waited for an hour just to be told he couldn’t do anything and to go back home to get help, KNOWING that I will be out of town for another 2 weeks... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars cause they are completely un professional with there appointment scheduling and everything they do, I've tried 4 times to get an appointment scheduled and when they actually by some miracle get me one when the day comes they say I'm not scheduled for that day, it's happened twice already not to mention the reason I'm going back is from a bad filling that THEY did. Definitely looking elsewhere

Im writing this review for my sister- who asked her name not be mentioned because after a year she is still trying to get her teeth fixed- She is very displeased with the Office manager Ciarra, who has been very unprofessional- rude, and not very bright! My sister has had a horrible experience since she started last year, her dentures and implants have never fit properly- her first set looked like horse teeth- which they tried to convince her that they were the right ones- and they were horrible - all the mistakes and she was confronted recently after her 5th visit in the last two months that she was not charged enough money, and that she owed more money if she wanted to continue to see the dentist to try and fix the issues that were caused by Aspen Dental - she has paid them over $5000. cash so far- and she is still not able to wear her teeth, because they do not fit properly - If you want awesome service and beautiful teeth in a short time- see Three Lakes Dental and Oral Surgeon in ALex City- Do not ever got to Aspen Dental in Prattville

Terrible service. Arrived at 1:45 (15 minutes prior to appointment). Didn't get called back until 3:20!! Had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor to come in to verify that I have gum disease (surprise!!), and didn't get to leave until 4:15!!!!! Heard several other patient being told they had gum disease. At over $1,000/patient for the treatment, I'm starting to think this is their standard diagnosis. Not to mention the doctor was incredibly rude to my friend for not wanting to get $10,000 worth of root canals!!! A 20 year old who sees his orthodontist regularly with braces needs 6 root canals that he didn't know about?!!! I'm thinking SCAM!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. L. Dysart and the staff of Aspen Dental located in Prattsville, AL.
The service was exceptional! They have also been great with my two little ones (9 and 7 yr. olds), who now love visits to their favorite dentist. The staff is friendly, the office is beautiful and spotless.
Dr. Dysart is kind & patient. She was gracious enough to take the time to explain my x-rays and what is going on with my teeth, as well as her suggested plan for treatment.
If you are looking for a skilled dental office who also legitimately care about your oral health, Dr Dysart and her team at Aspen Dental is the office for you.

Horrible experience. The front desk staff and the hygienist were nice; however, the wait time was horrible. I was there for over 2 hours. Only got my xrays and saw the dentist. Didn't even get my teeth cleaned. When I mentioned it to the doctor, she was rude about it. Even went so far as to pull her schedule out of her pocket and showed it to me. Mind you, this was not my original apt. They called me yesterday saying they had some sooner apts. Well upon checkout, I was told that they only had one dentist and one hygienist today. Also while waitong in the lobby i overheard someone else having an issue with theie apt. Definitely won't be back.
