The whole staff was nice, polite and courteous. Everyone greeted you with a smile and with Mrs, Ms or Mr. Want to thank Sierra Howard she was very helpful in getting everything I needed to finish up my visit and make sure I'm able to get my follow up work done. Great staff definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Very welcoming to me being that it was my first visit. The staff was absolutely polite and fast paced to make sure everyone checked in. I like that fact that my dentist appointment was private an reassuring

My mom needed dental treatment. I left the Montgomery branch because the rep at the front desk was rude towards me and my mother. We left and went to the Prattville branch because I was ensured that my mother and I would receive better service. Wrong. They don't answer the phones half of the time. Even though they know as soon as I leave my my job and have to travel about 100 miles just to pick her up and just to her get her to her appointment, they kept scheduling these broken up appointment and even caused us a false trip. Once they got our money and it was the day of surgery, the customer service rep was so argumentive towards me when I asked questions and trying to get clarification about pharmacy. Both branches need some help in customer service.

Poor service
Office manager was rude and inconsiderate. Lacked empathy.
I have driven over an hour to see for dental emergency. Made appointment by calling the day before and when I arrived I was told they are not seeing new patients and that I must have called the New York office to schedule the appointment after hours.

I would not wish this kind of behaviour or service on my worst enemy.
You have been warned.

All the staff are great but the dental hygienist is so rough my teeth still hurt from my 6 month cleaning they always hurt so bad after shes done. She is so rough and it feels rushed

I had a tooth pulled yesterday and due to me being pregnant and not able to have the gas I figured I would feel a little pain but I was wrong! The numbing shots they gave me worked just as great! My tooth was pulled in about FIVE minutes! I had no idea that my experience would be as painless and fast as it was. I made a review the other day about how my appt was cancelled on me but after coming into the office the NEXT DAY, which was a blessing, I realized that my appt was very much cancelled on accident. They were VERY busy but everyone was in and out in a hurry! They took extra precautions staying safe of covid-19. I’m happy with my experience and 100% recommend to use them. I know I’ll be back! Also, I don’t remember the doctors name that pulled my tooth (he had a little accent) but he is very educated in his work. He gave me great tips and was amazing. The lady next to him made me feel very comfortable about having my tooth pulled and was so sweet and silly. They have great staff which is always a plus! Thank you Aspen Dental!! See you next time!

Extremely friendly staff from the receptionist, Jennifer, to the dentists. I would have given 5 stars, but the ENTIRE staff was late for work. Office opens at 7:45, my appointment was at 745 and was told to arrive 15 mins early but a staff member didn’t unlock the door until 7:42 and then left. No other staff was in the building. That is my only complaint about this location, otherwise I was extremely satisfied with the dental work I received. 5 Stars to Dr Chamoun and his assistant.

MY TEETH ARE GETTING WAY BETTER😁 The staff is the best! All smiles and do everything in the power to make sure you have the best experience. They make you feel comfortable.

My dentist is Dr. Shamone. Before seeing him I was terrified of dentists due to an experience several years ago at another office. This Dr has put me at ease, found ways of lowering my bills for service, and restored my faith in Dentists. He is a wonderful man and a good Christian Dr. he has removed several of my teeth without the need for surgical removal due his technique. The office employees have great senses of humors, and everyone takes the time to get to know their patients on a personal basis. I will be glad when all my dental work is done, but I’ll be sad when my regular visit are over. I will miss seeing these people a good bit! If you want a dentist that is kind, funny, personable, smart, quick, and understands that dental work does not mean pain, ask for Dr. Shamone! You will not be disappointed or in pain! I now enjoy going to the dentist!
