Best place I ever went for dental service. I was scared but they help me over come it and I was relax after talking to the staff . They all was nice and willing to help with my treatment plan. Thanks u guys 😘.5 stars from me.

Used a sharp utensil to stick me in my gums then offered no pain meds, I told the hygienist I was hurting and she didn’t care, the receptionist has a bad attitude, acts as if she is a nurse but is a receptionist who knows nothing about medication. The receptionist cuts you off when your talking and hates for you to correct her on your info, just plain rude and ignorant.

I'm only giving this a 3 because the staff is Ok but the service sucks I set in the chair for one tooth just to kind the file 3 of my good tooth was filed down just to put crowns on that I didn't ask for.Then went back because air was making my teeth hurt set there an hour just to get a prescription without seeing the dentist boy was I mad

For a very long time I couldnt trust a dentist due to a really bad experience, nervous and ready to flee Aspen dental did everything to comfort me. I am so grateful for all of what they've done for me, for several years I have lost my smile and now thanks to Aspen Dental I'll finally have my smile back, and I am so grateful to the receptionist who helped me greatly by making this possible by doing everything in her power to make it to where I could afford this procedure that I need done thank you soooo much you don't truly know how much this truly means to me. 😁😁😁 for now ill have my smile back.

You advertise free x-rays and exam on first visit but because I have insurance if it don't pay you want to charge me $178. I should have lied and told you I didn't have insurance. But that would be wrong just like charging me cause insurance wouldn't pay.
I can not recommend Aspine Dental.

Everyone was very nice to me .. I was afraid of getting all my teeth pull at the same time the dentist made me felt so comfortable... Then when she got thru I thought she had to pull the top and she had already have gotten thru .. I am getting work on my dentals to stay in without glue..

I really did love this office until Collin Grendham from the Montgomery office came to cover for the office management. It is totally unacceptable for you all to even allow someone as mediocre to manage anything let alone a professional office. He is rude, nonchalant, inconsiderate, and just what you should not have to deal with when you do business with a company. You all need to be careful with who you all decide to bring into the office because this 1 bad apple has ruined the entire bunch!

I was really at my wits end with my teeth and the expense of on going work that would take the rest of my life getting them fixed! Just looked in the yellow pages and called Aspen. I felt like they really cared about my situation ♡ When I decided exactly which direction I wanted to go then they wasted no time helping me get financing and scheduled for the work.
