This is what I would call a horror story of a dental office. There were ALWAYS different staff members, numerous appointment changes, and after waiting nearly two hours my appointment was rescheduled again, after driving an hour to get there. Staff member continued to walk by the treatment room, not saying a word. They acted as if I was invisible. I wasn’t even given an explanation as to why I couldn’t be seen after sitting and waiting ever so patiently. I’m only giving one star because it won’t allow me to give zero. Do not recommend. And oh, they are the most expensive dental office I’ve ever heard of. And their chairs are not comfortable at all.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Sierra Howard was extremely helpful with financial information and services. And Dr. Edward's was a really great dentist. They all made me very comfortable and at ease with the entire process.

I called to make an appointment about a broken tooth. I was informed that an opening wasn't available until April. I was asked if I was experiencing and pain. I replied yes and I was told that they couldn't have me wait that long in pain. I was asked if I could be in the office by 8:00 a.m. the following day to which I replied yes. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly staffer who instructed me to complete a medical history questionnaire. After waiting for approximately 45 minutes I was escorted to have x rays taken. From there I waited in an exam room to see the Doctor. The Doctor was very professional and addressed each and every concern I had. I then spoke with Office Manager Sierra Howard who carefully went over payment options available to me. After I decided on the payment option I preferred I was given a date and time to return for the beginning of my treatment. I am certain that I could not have found a more courteous and professional group of dedicated staff to address my dental issues!

Leaving this review for my fiance. Good dental service except for their dental hygienist they use to clean your teeth. Very painful and extremely rude. When you let her know you're in pain, she absolutely does not care. For this reason she will be finding a new dentist.

I was very impressed with the treatment and service I received! Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease from the check in process to checking out at the end of my visit. I have a sense that the entire staff is there to help ME.

But everyone that I came in contact with made me feel at home and filled me with the reassurance that all is well thru out the process of getting extractions and receiving full dentures. They don't accept Medicaid. What dentist office turns away MEDICAID. So you turn away kids in need. Got it.

The entire staff was so genuine, kind, and patient. This appointment was for my grandfather who's hard of hearing (they let me go with him), walks a good bit slower than he use to, and is losing his eyesight. I can't brag enough on how great this team was!! If you're or a loved one are needing a dentist this is definitely the place to go!

**NO STARS** They are overpriced, and they don't explain anything. You can get a CareCredit card here. They will set you up on an "estimated care plan" for you when you go the first time. Then they will put the FULL balance of the "estimated care plan" on the credit card that same day before the services are even done and before insurance is filed. They do not explain that to you. I cancelled my plan the very next day, and it took days & lots of phone calls & emails to get a credit put back on the card. They didn't even credit me back enough. Just be careful.
