Wonderful staff and service! I had crown break and they saw me on Christmas Eve so I was able to enjoy my Christmas. No other dentist offices in my area were even open. Convenient hours open early and late. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

All staff truly care about getting your oral health in tip-top-shape. Especially Ciara in office, 10 star treatment makes you feel at home. My kinda place!

The staff is great conducts themselves very professional and they make you feel comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and they make sure you get the best treatment no matter what you come in for

Reasonable service and happy they have Saturday appointments. They're not very good at anaesthetic (great at numbing cheeks, but not teeth). And they are sometimes confused by their own record-keeping procedures. Had to wait 40 minutes on my last visit because they couldn't figure out my insurance situation.

Edit: Was contacted by them. I ended up apologizing to them about not communicating these issues well at the office. They really want to make customers happy and will work with you to solve problems. I have seen a lot of dentists in the past and this one is better than average.

Just wanted a simple answer. Can my broken dentures be repaired? Oh no, had to have an X-ray, had to see a dentist. Of course, the dentist didn’t really look at my dentures and said the only people who could fix them was the lab where they were made. Not possible to do that, sorry you need new dentures. Staff was not that nice either, rather short with you if you asked a question.

Aspen Dental have a great team of certified, professional, and caring staff. They work gracefully together to make sure all patient old and new receive the correct quality care they deserve. I had a good experience at Aspen Dental.

They were very unprofessional dressed. They ask me what I had in my pocket to get me in the chair. Went for regular cleaning but they wanted me to go straight to a deep cleaning. Really didn't appricate the way business was handled. Then they are in the network for the military to over chsrge customers.

As I sit in the waiting room at aspen now, at 1035 my appointment was at 1000. Finally get back at 1044. Was informed I was having periodanical work done on top of my crowns which I have never been told this, I was told we would do the crowns let me get back from my training for the military in august and we could do the rest. I also have another job that I run 6 different businesses in 3 states and travel so now I'm here. Needing to catch a flight out of Birmingham which is an hour away by 230 to travel to Dallas for a conference for tomorrow and they are telling me I may not make it. The only thing I agreed to was having my crowns and bridge installed today and would return. This place will change your appointments without notice (which I could post 4 emails for same day at 4 different times). They seem to want to tAlk to each other than getting their job done. In my business I would release everyone apart of that from my employment and find professional personnel. The hygienist is awesome I told her I needed to catch a flight out she slam, bam got me done. Now I'm sitting in the dentist chair listening to everyone else talk about their weekend plans as my time to catch this flight is quickly approaching. I could've went to the VA and got better treatment than this and their treatment sucks. I'm so disappointed I've literally gave them $3420.00 cash up front plus $1666 discount from being a ppo insurance and another $1444 from my insurance all paid in full. I will never come here again after this for dental work. Smile makers said they would have matched the price and had it done all in one day I had to wait almost a month to get my teeth back to be installed and now I've been sitting in the dentist chair no one has spoke to me in 20 min so I don't know what's going on. This is just an all around terrible experience and in my 32 years this is the worst.

The dental work I got here was amazing and the staff were awesome, but I was told to pay for my dental work I could apply for a loan and that it would even help my credit. Later I found out that it wasn't alone it's actually a credit card and the amount that I had used was over 30% of my limit which hurt my credit right then. Not only did it hurt my credit then but once I paid off the entire amount I could no longer use the credit because I didn't need any more dental work. That means my account closed and that hurt my credit. They at least need to know what they are offering and be more informed of the possible outcomes. like I said I am trying to build my credit, got the supposed loan to help build credit and it damage my credit.
