Had a new patient appointment for my husband and myself at 10 & 11 am. Was asked to be there about 30 minutes early, trip is 45 minutes, so we were about to walk out the door. Receptionist called to say doctor could not see us today, had too many patients scheduled and they needed to move our appointments to another day. This was also after I filled out & submitted all our info online and yet they called for me to give the the same information. Don’t know the dentist or the staff( who were very polite) but I’m not going to know them either. I will be finding a different dental practice.

I went in today 11/16/21 for a consultation on getting my bottom teeth removed and get a plate. Got a price and then they have a 25% discount on my plan. Saving me right at $700. But this place clean and sanitized. Very good experience. Will return next week to finish what I got started. Forgot to add in got my top teeth done about 4 years ago and have been satisfied with them. Thanks Aspen Dental.

We moved to the area 9 months ago and despite making dentist appointments not long after moving, I've still never been to the dentist because they keep rescheduling my appointments without telling me and always during times I can't go. They keep saying, "the dentist we had you scheduled with isn't here anymore" or " the dentist we had you scheduled with changed their hours".
What's the point in booking appointments if you're not actually going to honor them?
