If I could I would gave them 0 stars. The being started off good. My daughter went in because she was having (and still is) problems with all 4 of her wisdom teeth. She received the free exam and everything that came with it. Once all that was done and they gave her a quote on how much everything was going to be over $2000. She then decided that she was just going to do the two bottom one first since they said they're the worst ones. They gave her a quote for $1400 and told her she can pay $750 now and the rest once they give her a date and time. Over the course of the month they have been given her the round around. The price has gone up and was told that the price she was given was just an estimate. They have to wait for the surgeon to gave them the right price, time and date. When I ask when that would be the front office manager couldn't gave me any info on it. At that moment I ask for her money back and we will be going somewhere else. This staff is very unprofessional, unorganized and very money driven. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

I highly recommend them they are AMAZING!!! The front desk lady was so friendly and I hate I didn’t get her name but if they see this I went on 8/3/21 and she had a high ponytail. Then they saw me so quickly and took in to account how much pain I was in to make sure I remained comfortable. After I got my exam Jessica Bates helped me in every way possible to make sure I was able to get my extraction done and worked with me to receive my other details for a later date. I also want to make sure everyone knows Dr. Chamoun and his assistant Chelsea kept me calm and relaxed my entire procedure and even played music for me so I could calm down. I can’t wait to go back. If want friendly and quick service this is where you need to be.

From the moment I entered until the moment I exited, the administrative and most the ancillary staff were courteous, informative and polite. The dentist was prompt and straightforward; as a former newspaperman and law investigator, I appreciate candor.
The one exception was the dental hygienist. I didn't get her name, however, as she strode in and immediately began jamming a metal pick into my gums. She started all but shouting out numbers to an assistant and acted as if my pain and the state of my gums was a personal affront to her. She was rude, she was impatient, and she was unprofessional. Her remarkable haste made the dental assistant stop no fewer than three times to confirm the depth readings being hurriedly shouted out like a crazed auctioneer. My requests to stop were met with indifference, more haste and more mistakes.
To be sure, if this is the only dental hygienist in this officer, she should be replaced. Her behavior is, hands-down, a deal-breaker.
UPDATE: I did contact the Patient Satisfaction team — back on 11 January 2021. There was no response. It seems that there is less a concern for my concerns than going public with them, as it took less than 24 hours when I posted the same concerns here.

Worst place to go for your teeth.. Went in to try and get some relief from a tooth that I needed a root canal on. They told me that they couldn't do it from another month because someone specific did them and they were booked. Then told me that I needed to get wisdom teeth removal before hand. Went to set up a payment plan and the billed me before services were even done. So I was back and forth trying to get the money refunded to the loan service so I wasn't paying out of pocket for services I never recieved. Took days to get in touch with someone who would help me. Because of them, my credit took a hit and I still had to go to another dentist to have my work done. This place is very overpriced and very money driven. Very dissatisfied and would never recommend them.

I had to give it One star because there’s no other option for zero stars. The whole experience has been one let down after another. After surviving cancer and then having A baby with a complicated pregnancy my teeth went downhill quickly. I have spent a month after having teeth extracted with no partials not able to eat I’ve lost 12 pounds, I didn’t need to loose. Finally after having a nervous break down they decided to remake one plate. Several botched feelings and ill fitting other plate I’m just giving up, I’ll pay to have my Permanent done somewhere else. I will lose thousands of dollars but I can’t take the pain anymore. I interact with my clients on a daily basis face-to-face I have gone a month being embarrassed to talk to client is having no teeth in the front, After being promised to go home with plates in my mouth the day of extractions. The most horrible service and lack of compassion I have ever dealt with in my life.

It’s December and no other dentist office could get me in before Christmas. My previous dentist stopped taking my type of insurance so I hadn’t been to one in a while. I’m a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist so I put it off but Aspen was willing to take a walk in. Everyone was friendly and courteous and turns out my pain was caused by a sinus infection. I was very surprised that all that pain stemmed from something else entirely and I appreciate a dentist telling me this so I could go to an urgent care for what the real issue was. I’ll be going back to Aspen for my cleaning and two fillings.

This post is from 12/20/2020The staff was very friendly and professional. The ones that struck me the most was the way the Dr. took the time to explain in great detail steps needed as well as why ;he was very courteous,kind and gentle with his conversation. The Office Manager was another who struck me. She was also very professional kind courteous, informative and resourceful as well. These two to me represent two very important factors of a company's reputation. Job well done . I would recommend you guys to all I know.
