I was in the office from 3 to a little after 5. The first person numbed my entire mouth to clean my teeth which I was not happy with then the dentist who was very nice but took some time to place my cap. I started hurting last night and woke up even worse today. My whole mouth is sore I can’t eat nor brush my teeth. I called the office to make them aware and I was told to come in to have the dentist see me again and to get the gel that was not given at my appointment. I don’t understand how pain is not a concern for a dental office. I will not be back and if possible I would like my file deleted.I’m going to tell everyone about my experience and tell them not to go to this office. If I could give no stars I would.

The best customer service and quality care. The staff goes above the call of duty to take care of their customers and they take pride in their work. Great work ethics and the Dentists there are the best. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, Prattville location to anyone for they are genuinely trustworthy and a caring group that work very well as a team.

Quick, efficient, attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am well pleased with my treatment. I will never get behind on my dental care again. I highly recommend this practice, the staff is courteous and everyone seems to move in synch. I'm grateful and thankful for Aspen Dental.

I booked an appointment for a broken tooth at 12:15. They called and tried to make me be there at 11:30. I was at work, so I could not make it that early—hence the 12:15 appointment. I got there around 11:45 and filled out paperwork. I sat and waited for about 45 minutes and was finally called for X-rays—that’s fine, haven’t been to the dentist in a while, I was due for some. The lady doing the X-rays was so rough, the mouthpiece was too big for my mouth and was stabbing me the whole time, my mouth started bleeding from the mouthpiece stabbing me. After X-rays I was told there was not a room available and I’d have to sit in the waiting room AGAIN! Another hour and 15 minutes of waiting and I finally get called back. A hygienist comes to my chair and starts stabbing my gums with a pick. She then proceeded to tell me that my gums were bleeding too much and that my gums must be packed with an infection. Well lady, anyways gums will bleed when you stab them with a sharp object. Then had to wait another 30 minutes before the dentist comes to my chair. The dentist does not even touch my teeth, but instead tries to push a whitening treatment on me. They then tell me to go BACK to the waiting room where I waited ANOTHER hour +. Then I was called over to billing where they told me it was going to cost almost $3000 WITH INSURANCE!!!! I then asked if they were even going to fix my broken tooth that day because that was the WHOLE REASON I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT! She then tells me she may could try to work me in but they didn’t plan to that day. I was told if I came back around 3:45 they may could squeeze me in that afternoon. This was after I spent over 4 hours in the waiting room and missed over half a day at work for absolutely no reason. I did NOT return at 3:45, instead I am going to a different dentist next week. Aspen was overcrowded, outrageously priced, and did not seem to care for the patients, but instead the money. I will NOT be returning.

Will never recommend this location after they almost killed me last yr bp 184/119 cause they did a rush job to satisfy another impatient patient then right after the extraction u wanna jam teeth in my mouth so unprofessional but they don't care they jus want Money Clearly I found that out let something go wrong an see how friendly them an HR is

Aspen Dental has a phenomenal team! Customer service was great {especially Ms Steele}...the dentist and his assistant was funny and they help you relax. I highly recommend this company I travel from Montgomery {glad I did}.
