First I have to send a huge appreciation to Eva at the Snellville office. Great Expressions should hire more team members like Eva. My initial experience with trying to get an appointment with an endodontist was not good. I contacted the office I was referred to and they did not have anything available and then I was left on my own to find an appointment. Next I contacted the general number for appointments and they set me up for a new patient appointment. It wasn’t until Eva who really went the extra mile to realize that I was not a new patient and made sure I was able to get the right appointment. Although I had to travel an hour to the Cascade office I was extremely pleased with the entire office staff. Everyone was so welcoming. And Dr Woods was awesome. I heard about him from Eva and he lived up to everything she said. Thank you for a great dental experience.

Today was great. I was in and out in less than an hour for a cleaning! I love my hygienist, Sandra, and Dr. Kimberly Williams.

I had a consult with the Oral surgeon. He said very little and explained nothing. Now I'm skeptical about his ability to perform my surgery. Read his reviews. They are all over the spectrum. Still contemplating if I should move forward.

On January 13, 2021, I was scheduled to come in as a new patient. Initially, I made an appointment so that I could get a routine deep cleaning. On that day the personnel examined my teeth and decided that I should get an "intermediate cleaning", which is something I had never heard of. That same day I explained to them that I needed a deep cleaning which was also recommended by my orthodontist because I had braces the past year and hadn't had a deep cleaning since they were removed. However they insisted on performing the 'intermediate cleaning" because my teeth weren't in the condition to need a deep cleaning.

On January 29, 2021, I came in for my "intermediate cleaning". Prior to the cleaning, I attempted to explain to them once again that I haven't had a deep cleaning since my braces were removed and I would rather do the deep cleaning. They stated that my teeth didn't need a deep cleaning and the "intermediate cleaning" would be the right way to go. Trusting their word, I allowed them to do the "intermediate cleaning" which took no more than 15 minutes. It was by far the fastest cleaning I have ever received for $205.20. After the cleaning, they sent me home with an Acclean Chlorhexidine Gluconate Oral Rinse. I was instructed to use the rinse daily for a period of time and then come back for a check up.

On April 23, 2021, I came in for my check up. When they examined my teeth, they then decided that I should get a deep cleaning. I asked for a deep cleaning when I initially visited the office (January 13, 2021). I had already paid $205.02 after insurance, with my insurance covering 80% of my dental costs. I explained to them that they should have done the deep cleaning in the beginning, especially since I had insisted on it. At this point it felt like I had paid $205.20 for nothing, it was truly a waste of money and also poor customer service. The same concerns I had on January 29, 2021 before the cleaning, I had on April 23, 2021, weeks after the cleaning.

On November 30, 2021 I contacted customer service and informed them about this issue. Customer Service mentioned to me that the "intermediate cleaning" was needed BEFORE my deep cleaning. This bit of information was never mentioned to me ever during my visits at the dental office! Customer service also informed me that I had plaque buildup. I've visited many dental offices and I have never been told about any significant plaque build up on my teeth. Coincidentally dental staff plaque did not once mention anything to me about plaque build up during any of my visits.

If the dental office would have told me that I needed an "intermediate cleaning" before a deep cleaning, I would've simply declined the service and perhaps found a dental office that listened to me. I feel as though I have been swindled and taken advantage of.

I am overcharged every time I get work done at this location and the Cascade Rd location. My claim came back as patient cost $202, Cascade Rd had me pay $294. My last visit my patient cost, per my insurance should have been $99. I paid $497. This place is crooked.

Went for fill-ins and my teeth were not filed down properly causing discomfort and not able to eat or speak properly because the teeth were clamping. Called back to get resolved and no dentists were available and they did not help me get help from their other locations. Never had this problem before.

My appointment was at 8:45 and at 8:45 they called me to the back to prep me for my cleaning. The dental hygienist Ms. Sandra was and always very professional. They place was clean quiet and very organized.

The hygienist was horrible. I never went for a cleaning to where your gums has to be numb. I have been going to this facility for years and it seems like my hygienist change all the time, but this last hygienist put the icing on the cake for me not to return. She informed to me that she is sorry, but she has to do her job. No ma'am your concern needs to be for your patient and I didn't receive that.

The wait times are crazy you will be scheduled for an appointment time then be seen 3 to 4 hrs later with little explanation.
If it’s obvious the schedule is delayed we should be informed instead of waiting hours to be seen. This is my 2nd time sitting in the waiting room and my appointment was 3 hrs ago.
