I am fairly new to this practice and on my recent visits I have met new staff each time. I have encountered nothing but pleasant, efficient staff each time and I am very pleased.

The worst experience ever. We have been going there since November to get dentures for my mother and as of today she is still without dentures. Each fitting is a failure and we are asked to come back in 2-3 weeks. The dentures have been paid for so they have no incentive it appears. Never an apology and never any urgency regarding getting them sooner. It’s been an unacceptable process and whe I asked to speak to management I was told she was busy with another patient after being left on hold for 15 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Woods was Awesome. I felt no pain on 2 root canals.... I actually fell asleep twice. He was very light handed with every step. Thank you sir. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

I always have very pleasant visits with the Cascade location. The staff is always nice and the number one thing is they are never rough, I normally hate going to the dentist but they make the experience worth while. Dr. Kimberly is the best.

I had a wonderful experience. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable during my visit and recommended a good treatment plan for me. The staff were genuine and patient.

I signed up for cleaning only, no X-Ray with my usual person. At my appointment I was told that I could not get a cleaning only and that I had to get X-Rays in order to get cleaning. I am 'at risk' for coronavirus and I did not want to risk extra exposure. I should have been told in advance that I had to get the X-Ray. I did not see my usual cleaning person and the person that cleaned my teeth talked faster than I could understand. But because of virus concerns, I didn't ask her to keep repeating herself.

Absolute worst experience ever. Came in a week prior due to wisdom teeth pain, was given meds and told to come back this following week. Showed up the following week for my 8:15 (originally 2pm appointment, which was changed a day prior to my appointment). After calling Blue Cross Blue Shield and witnessing the agent over the phone verify my insurance, I was still told that BCBS couldn’t find me in their system. No one came to the the waiting room to inform me or anything. I stayed in that office for 4 hours and accomplished noting. What a waste of time. Never again

When I say I hate this place I HATE THIS PLACE. This is a scam. Great expressions started me off with my Invisalign. 1 month in they stopped returning or answering my calls. I’d call back to back, early morning to night, and it was all within their business hours. They never answer! So I ended up not being able to complete my journey with Invisalign successfully because they disappeared off the side of the earth! Come to find out they went out of business in the area and had to relocate! And they decided to not alert the customers? How sway? By this time I’d already found my new orthodontist and he not only had to take my Invisalign off, but give me the traditional braces . They sent my bills to collections and I had to go through hell and high waters and even had to pay MORE MONEY out of my own pocket just to get it out of collections from them.There was also a root canal they did on me (in which they said was necessary for my Invisalign (LIES)) and my crown that I paid almost 400 dollars on fell off within a year. I went back to them to get my money back because I wanted no more parts of it . This lady named S.Hope told me she would process it 2 months ago and give me a call back! I’ve been calling back to back to back and they don’t answer. It’s a repeat of the first experience . I’m starting to think my number is blocked because they’ve returned absolutely no messages .10 if of 10 do not go here to get ANYTHING DONE. . This is not just an upset customer typing away... this is someone who was once in your shoes , desperate to find a great dentist and in the end I’ve lost so much money here and so much respect for this company .They overcharge and I promise you after a few months of being their client , they will start to not care . Don’t believe me ? Try them out ...

Attitudes are always terrible . They are very dismissive. They treat clients as dollar signs and ortho isn’t detailed at all. They prolong your treatment to get extra money even though you may not need it . During my cleanings , they skipped a lot of steps. Never coming back !

Had to wait and hour for an appointment that was scheduled a month before. Front receptionist blamed it on the computer system being down, when i got to the back, the Doctors assistant said I would have to wait 3 hours! THREE HOURS! In order for my procedure to be done! When asking for the manager, she came in with more lies! Stop double booking, maybe that would help the operations of this location! Teach the manager interpersonal skills to communicate with customers rather than making up a lie.
