My wife took my son for his first check up... he just turned 1 5 days ago. The staff was warm and friendly as usual. Our 4 year old son also goes here... All of our experiences have been great.

my 2nd experience was MUCH better than my first! The first time a dentist came in...w/o looking at my xrays and said "let's develop a plan".... I was like 'Hey....I'm here for a cleaning....no planning necessary" My 2nd time was WAY less pushy....infact...no pushy at all! I had a thorough cleaning...a check up by the dentist.... and an easy update to my dental insurance. I was a bit worried when I went in the 2nd time....not at all worried when I left!

Very expensive to re-cement a crown. $332.29. I am just a tourist with only a few days left here - I will be leaving with bad feelings towards the dental services here in Maui. In all realism it takes only a few minutes to do this, yes, it will take the assistant to mix the cement, then the dentist to place and hold it for a very short time, but $332.29 - this experience was Feb 4th, 2020

The office is always a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is helpful, at the front desk Anabelle is helpful & informative. Rowena with billing is always welcoming. Dr. Thomas is a great dentist always a great experience with his team.

Great experience. I get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year and they do a great job. I also had major work done (implants) with positive results.

I look foward to going and having my teeth cleaned. Christy is amazing. She has changed the health of my teeth and gums dramatically. I dont fear going to the dentist at all after the last year or so that she's been my hygeinest. She knows what shes doing and and she gets you comfortable as can be. I fell asleep one time during a deep cleaning if that tells you anything about how good she is and how serious you being comfortable is to her. Great experience everytime.

As always a great visit -- I had a semi emergency before going out of town and they fit me in on a cancellation time, solved the problem and sent me on my way. I have never been a fan of dentists but have been more than happy with Hawaii Family Dental. LD, Kihei, Hi.

If you are looking for emergency dental services, please look elsewhere. They do not provide emergency service nor return calls on their after hours emergency line. It is best to find immediate care elsewhere. I would share where but unfortunately, I’m still at a lost unless emergency here means a week later.
