Today an, Very good experience. Dr. Mellow she IS just awesome. She fitted me with an partial. She did so without an appointment. Dr Mellow made room from me from her very busy schedule. Not only did she make a excellent adjustment (very comfortable fitting!) She took time with her dental assistant to trim my natural teeth in addition with my porcelain crown and the prosthesis partial teeth. Estheticly my smile looked pleasing and natural. My teeth now looked contoured. All chips and jagged edges removed. I look so much better! Thank you Dr Mellow SO MUCH!

Welcoming checking thorough, Bob head of billing very knowledgeable and explains the insurance process simple and to the point. Know exactly what I will pay right away, real easy. Dr Halena Mellow assistance are excellent with X-rays dental impressions, and health care information! Dr Helena Mellow has saved my teeth from being pulled wow with excellent step by step treatments and hygiene, with deep root cleaning. Dr Helena Mellow explains in detail her protocol, step by step what she is doing, her analysis and what she will be doing at next appointment. Just an amazing kind gracious doctor! I am very pleased with the care I received at Hawaii Family Dental. The staff are always very friendly, answer all my questions and get me in and out in a timely manner. Any time I had to wait more than 15 minutes past my appointment time, a staff member would apologize for the delay and keep me updated on when I would be seeing the doctor. Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled this morning and Dr. Gordon and his assistant Kylie far exceeded my expectations. He made sure that I was comfortable and able to communicate my needs if in any pain (which I wasn’t at all and still have no pain). The whole procedure took only 30 minutes, and the after care sheet they give you is very detailed. Mahalo Dr. Gordon and staff for exemplary care and customer service.

This office has improved since my last visit! There is new and comfortable office furniture, along with a strong air conditioning; both of which weren't there before. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Just get there early to find parking.

Kailey Harris my Hygienist is great, I have been coming the HFDC - Kihei for many years, had a couple of Hygienist, but I can say for sure Kailey is the best. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed as she does cleaning on your teeth, and is the gentilest hygieniest I've ever had. I don't know who makes the assignments, and I'm pretty sure the other Hygienist are great also, but ask for Kailey, you won't be disappointed. (Thanks Rayna you were right, Kailey is very good) Mahalo Kailey!!!

I sit around in their front office waiting room two often lately and have come to appreciate everything that these folks have to put up with. Dr. Jeffery Thomas is exemplary. I've never once heard him raise his voice, show impatience, or be anything but cordial and welcoming and dealing with the gamut of patients coming through there is anything but a piece of cake. His services alone are worth joining. The fact that they are right here in Kihei is just frosting on that cake.

Dr Mello is just wonderful! She listened and explained all my options and even called me several times just to see how I was doing after a couple of dental extractions. I am so glad I found an excellent dentist here in Maui. I would definitely recommend her. Her assistants are awesome as well. Christy, the dental hygienist, is also amazing. She is very caring and always made sure that I am not in any kind of pain as she went through the gentle cleaning process. Never had anyone like her. Lastly, Bobby. Oh, she's just a delight. My husband and I have been dedicated patients of Dr Thomas for about 10 years. The receptionists, dental assistants and Dr Thomas have all been wonderful. They are professional, yet friendly and do whatever is necessary to make sure our needs are met. Our teeth are in remarkable shape for being 73 and I know the care they receive at Hawaiian Family Dental is the main reason. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Dr Thomas and his staff were very caring and attentive to my needs. The office is modern and well organized.

Just had my teeth cleaned. Yana did an excellent job. And thanks to using flouride dental gel I had no cavities.
