Being a senior and living in adult community I was somewhat reluctant seeking out a dentist. However our resident Dental Dr. Sonia Gupta suggested I contact your office preferably Dr. Jeffrey Thomas. I have profusely thanked her and I was truly impressed with Dr. Jeffrey.

This is by far the worst dental company I’ve have ever gone to. I must point out first that the person who matters most, the dentist, did a superb job all the time. The dental assistants did a really great job as well. I had no issue with the actual work performed at all. They were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout my experience there. So kudos to the ones that mattered most.
The problems I have with Hawaii’s Family Dental all lie within the office staff, management, and company guidelines. They are so bad and frustrating to have to deal with I just decided to spend over 55k on getting implants throughout my entire mouth so I don’t ever have to step foot inside that office in Kihei ever again.
If at all possible I recommend going to any other dental agency in Hawaii than Hawai’i Family Dental.
Thank God I’m done dealing with them from now on.

I did not have to wait long, which is a true rarity when visiting a doctor! The clinic staff is always friendly. I saw a new dentist this time, Dr. Wiz they call him.
