Aspen Dental

I would never recommend Aspen Dental. They never got my dentures right, and I had to get a refund. The day I got my impressions the regular person wasnt there so the financial lady did my impressions, so I'm not surprised they were wrong.They were also very rude and acted like it was my fault. I also called the corporate office 4 times and nobody from the right department ever called me back. Affordable Denture did a great job and the experience was night and day. The prices were also much better. THe Dentist at affordable said when Aspen pulled my teeth they should have trimmed the bone also for denture to fit better, but they didnt. I spent $5,000 to get my teeth pulled and he didnt even do that right. It was a horrible experience. Check other review sites beside google please, DO NOT GO HERE. IT WAS AWFUL

Fantastic environment. I really like the members of this team from Ashley at the front desk, Todd the Hygienist, and Dr Singh. I have avoided the dentist for years and finally had to have some work done. I have had several visits now and they have been the most pain free dental visits I have ever had with an extraction in the mix. You have nothing to fear with this team. Fantastic.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Peoria! The entire staff was amazing and very nice. The Doc was the best I've ever had as a dentist! Dr Thevenin was ki f and very fast moving, which is a good thing when your getting teeth pulled! Thank you to Ashton who cleaned my teeth and made me feel right at home when I was a bit nervous of the numbing meds, she took the time to talk to me and walk with me to help calm my nerves. The payment system is awesome! Flexible payments come in real handy when its the holidays!
*Side Note: If you watch WWE... Dr. Thevenin looks almost identical to Big E Langston! Look it up you will see! LoL.

I am not sure how this experience could have been worse. I made the appointment because I had a tooth that I knew needed to come out. After nearly 2 hours, I didn't even have an appointment to get it pulled, but did have a $12,000 + plan for dental work moving forward, wven after I told thwm my pain level was 9 out of 10. I was able to get the tooth pulled at another provider the next day. 0 and negative numbers are not an option.

Horrible, just like what the last review said. Been waiting in the waiting room for 45 mins. No one to help me. One desk girl on the phone and busy. She told me the doc quit a while. Now they only have temp docs that dont care. Still haven't gotten service. What's the point of coming in for xrays and no dental work if it takes an hour. They already told me today they will have to schedule my clean up some other day. So I can waste my time again. So tired of this crap.

I would have given my parents experience at the Big Hollow Aspen Dental in Peoria Il no stars for the pushy fast food restaurant mentality if it hadn't been for 3 excellent members of staff that came together to correct the bad attitudes and sloppy work. Dr. Chris, Dawn, and Davi went above and beyond to correct the problems my parents had with their dentures. It is a real shame that all of the employees weren't this patience, polite and competent.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made appointments for both my 19 year old daughter and I through the national 800 number. They confirmed I would be 19.99 and she would be 231.00 (because she was 19 and not 21, the coupon only covers 21+) for x-rays and cleanings. She paid her 231, got x-rays and a treatment plan, no cleaning??? It's because the cleaning was listed on the treatment plan. That is called 'bait and switch' and it's highly illegal. Nick, the manager is not customer friendly, not to be surprised, neither are any of their policies (you get a computer print out of your x-rays, or a digital copy 10+ days after you request them. You don't have to wait forever to get in which is nice, but, they don't do what they say they'll do, which is a very bad thing. Go at your own risk of losing money and bring frustrated.

I've been very happy with Aspen Dental. Ashton, the hygenist, is excellent. I had to have extesive work done and I got good advice without lectures. Now my teeth are in great shape. They also are often willing to work with your budget. Aspen Dental helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene.

They will tell you over the phone that they can help you one way and then when you get there they apologize about the undereducated staff and tell you what they ACTUALLY can do for you which is not pull your tooth in an emergency by the way. Anywho once I went through about a week of pain and dealing with their office I had my tooth pulled and the Dr. Was great and the pull was smooth.

Aspen dental has a friendly staff and they work very well as a team and make sure that their patients are cared for properly and efficiently. I had Todd as my hygeinist and he was fabulous. I will continue to have all my dental work done at Aspen Dental.
