I had a 7:30a confirmed appointment. It was chaotic and disorganized. The people were nice enough but i waited almost 2 hours before seeing the dentist for 5 minutes when he referred me to a specialist. The original appointment time said it would take 1 hour, and hour into my visit I was still just waiting in the lobby. I won’t return.

My experience with Peoria aspen dental was great. Ashton Shaw is one of the best hygienist I have ever come across. She was very gentle and knowledgeable with the issues I am having. I am not a person who likes to go to the dentist, she kept me very calm and relaxed with my visit. I would recommend her and the office to anyone that is looking for dental care.

Dr. Thevenin was very polite and very professional. He took his time to explain my options about having a tooth pulled.. I felt comfortable speaking him..He has a very calm demeanor.. Even after seeing my pain and frustrations he still remained calm!
From the time I walked into Aspen Dental the receptionist Arionna was very pleasant and answered a lot of my questions! Then I met the Dental Asst. Shanice who took a series of Xrays.. She was very pleasant and quick.. She was careful not to hurt the tooth that was bothering me.. I seen awesome teamwork in this office that I was impress with! Then I meet with Ashleigh the Office Manager to discuss my billing options who was very polite as well..

I loved going to Aspen Dental! They accommodated me when my insurance was going out and got me in right away to use my insurance, even though they were short staffed. They also did an excellent job with my teeth, gave me great information, and I was completely comfortable while having my teeth done. I also loved the work that Todd done in hygiene. He did an excellent job!! It was a great experience.

Horrible... Went there in extreme pain. They wanted to pull two teeth, and when the dentist discovered I didnt have insurance, he made a sound looked at his assistant said it will be 500 and walked out. Very unprofessional and not sympathetic at all. I hoped for better based on the good reviews he had. The dentist I talked to on the phone for the consultation was very nice and understanding and really seemed like she wanted to help. The Dr. In the actual office Dr T, didn't at all. I wouldn't recommend yall to anyone. I left in more pain than when I went there from the dentist pushing on my teeth. Would give zero stars if I could

TODAY, 12/6/18 I came in to a warm inviting staff, I got right in and I had SHANICE who is Absolutely AMAZING by the way. She is very friendly and down to earth and makes you feel like part of their family. Very helpful and explains everything well. Dr Thevian was kind and helpful and actually takes the time to make sure all my questions were answered fully. I never felt rushed, He was patient and down to earth as well.Although I have a HUGE FEAR of dentists, I am very comfortable with him as a dentist and am not with most. That should say a lot by itself! I will always recommend Aspen Dental to others. I am thinking some of the negative ratings on here were just a misunderstanding of some kind . I have had several visits and I can not think of one single negative thing about them yet. Try them!

Taking an elderly family member, battling dementia, who recently had cracked her dentures.
Efficient, courteous, and thorough from the details of appointment, expectations, and follow up. COVID requirements posted and practiced, from the Patient intake process to your departure.
Got us in quickly, assessed patient situation, and repaired the existing dentures same day, what!!!! My experience was first class.

This location never answers the phone, once you get an appointment the service is good but trying to call and schedule is ridiculous
Update: Today i had an appointment set for 4pm I confirmed this appointment online per the email and I arrived on time only to be told the appointment was at 330 i show the receptionist and manager the email that states 4 pm and she tells me that because their schedule says 330 I can't be seen. This was not my error but theirs not only was my time wasted but took off work early to make the appointment this dental office is trash! Very lousy inconsiderate and unreliable

I had an excellent experience here! I had to choke back the tears the entire time. I was so emotional because of how I was treated. For the first time in 8 years I was treated like a human being. The entire staff actually seemed to care and there was no judgement on their part. They didn't jump to any conclusions as to why my teeth are so bad. They listened to my story and immediately got to work coming up with a game plan to help me reach my goal, which is to smile again. The only disappointing thing for me was to find out that I was ineligible for either payment plan option. Needless to say, I left the office in tears for a different reason. Regardless, I highly recommend going here and I will definitely be back one day.
