It took 45 to complete check-in and wait time which was not provided online ahead of time. I understand not being able to check in online because I made my appointment the day before. So 45 minutes in the waiting area and 2 hrs getting x-rays, periodontist measurements and Dr exam. It seemed excessive. I will be returning for my fillings and periodontist maintenance.

Looking forward to developing a trusting relationship with Dr Thevenin.

I will be honest I hate going to the dentist. But my experience at Aspen Dental Has Changed My Views forever. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and all my information was ready to go. I didn't have to wait very long at all to start with the process. From the X-ray tech, to the excellent cleaning by the hygienist Kyle and my dentist overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental for the super positive and energetic environment.

I always have hated going to the dds. But I love seeing the people at Aspen Denral. They are so fun and friendly. My experience is great. I know that sounds crazy but they accommodate me and make me feel relaxed. A big this up.

This place is awesome! I came here after several years of avoiding dentists. My dental hygienist Ashton had her work cut out for her, but she thoroughly and skillfully cleaned my teeth, with no pain or bleeding - which is even more amazing given that I'd developed pretty bad gingivitis from my years of neglect. I also needed badly chipped front teeth repaired, and - holy cow. I wish I had before and after pictures! I'm not self-conscious about smiling now! Everyone here was friendly, professional, and got me in and out of there faster than any dental office I've ever been to! Their prices are very reasonable too! Give these folks a try, especially if you've been dodging the dentist, like I had. You won't regret it!

On Fri 2/18/22 I called my Ins Company to find a Dental Office covered by my Dental Ins. They called this Aspen Dental & spoke to the receptionist. I was then transferred to the Office. I spoke to the receptionist about my crown coming off with 2 rods from root canal & it had a hole onto of my crown. I didn't know it was there until crown fell out of the top gum. I told her I had one rod still in there poking downward. My tooth was hurting as well as my other teeth around it & below it on lower gum. Don't know if it was sympathy pains or what. Anyway she made a 9:15 am appt for Sat 2/19/22 to have tooth checked. She told me I may have to wait a little while. I didn't care. I was glad to get in. Early the next morning (Sat) iI received a text from the office telling me they were glad I was coming in or happy...whatever. I don't remember the exact greeting. They had my appt date & time down right. I arrived at 9:00 am 15 mins early as asked. I went to the door & no one was there. I sat in my car waiting for someone to come. I tried the door again hoping someone was in the back. No one was there. I sat & waited longer because I remembered the receptionist told me I may have to wait. Approx 40 mins of waiting I tried the door again & knocked. No one was there. I tried calling office & ended up speaking to the Answering Service. I told her the situation & she said the Office was showing it was open. I told her it was dark & door is locked. I knocked harder & no one came. I asked if she had a phone number to call someone? She said she didn't. I sat in my car again. 10:00 am appt showed up. The same thing happened to her. She had an appt & received text early that morning. They waited for a few mins & left. I sat there until 11:15. I should of left earlier, but I was hoping someone would come. I needed my tooth fixed. I never received a call from this Office to cancel appt or to apologize to me. It's not like there was weeks between making the app

I went to Aspen Dental as they were the only group that my insurance covered with an oral surgeon, but came away certain they would be my main providers and and office I would recommend. My first impression was that the office staff were so kind and helpful. Then, the xray tech, impressed me as both kind and professional. Next, Dr. Thevenin provided thorough explanation and expert care (who leaves from a tooth extraction not needing pain meds?). Finally, Dr. Jung, the oral surgeon, explained all the options, pros and cons, and he and his team did the work efficiently with skill.

I had a very good experience at Aspen Alice Abel was awesome she made me feel very at ease. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail the dentist was very professional he removed all my teeth very quickly had problems with 2 teeth but got them out as quickly as he could . The dentures are just the temporary set but they look very good go back on Monday for follow up and adjust the dentures so will continue review after Monday.

I would rate them closer to a 4 but we can’t do 3.5 or 3.75! I will highlight the positives first because my initial visit went well: the staff were professional, kind, informative, & Dr.T seemed confident that he could perform my oral extractions (all 4 wisdom teeth) which he did. When I returned about 2 weeks later, my experience with the extraction went well; however, there were red flags in customer service.

My appointment for extractions were re-scheduled due to the dentist being sick, which I understood. I received a confirmation email on 7/24 that my appointment would be 7/21 at 4pm, but the same morning of 7/21 I received a text saying see you today at 2:30pm. I called to clarify and Kelly consistently stated that she didn’t know how that happened, it took her a while before she apologized for their mistake (accountability is important).

Kelly shared that I could get on a financial plan during my initial visit but never mentioned that the financial plan would impact my credit, she did not mention that I had to pay full cost for my care PRIOR to receiving care (if I didn’t get on their payment plan).

I was asked for payment before my appointment started, I attempted to sign up for their payment plan but learned that my credit would be hit (soft hit to apply for the payment plan and a hard hit once I signed up and was approved for the payment plan). I declined and fortunately by the provision of God, I was able to pay the complete out of pocket amount, which was about $670.

Kelly also expressed that I didn’t need anyone to drive me back from my 1 hour drive back (I didn’t listen and had a friend accompany, glad I did). That was odd considering my mouth bleed so much & the local anesthesia wore off before my ride ended, which meant I was in excruciating pain because I had to wait for medication.

My friend asked staff to put my medication order in before I left (because I typed to her in my phone my concern that the anesthesia would wear off & I would be in excruciating pain, which I was). Initially, staff had a negative disposition when they were asked to fill my prescription via phone; therefore, I walked back in their office with my friend and had her ask them again, with me present. E was polite afterwords and apologized for the wait (my initial experiences with her were very positive; however, my friend felt the attitude, as did I) but I tried to look past it since E had been pleasant for the most part (we’re all human). I acknowledged to my friend that E’s disposition was off putting!

I do think that staff should’ve told me prior to the surgery what items I needed or provided me with the items I needed to make my ride back home smooth: items such as gloves to change gauzes, a bag to leak the blood in, and enough gauzes to last me the first 24 hours or at least the first 2 hours of driving back 1 hour and waiting for prescriptions to be filled.

If someone wanted to get their wisdom teeth pulled without pain, I would recommend them; however, I care about consistency, customer service, and continuity of care after service. Therea are more things I could share about the process of my visit but this post is long enough.

Dr. T and Ashton are awesome!! The lady with the braces that helped Dr T with my replacement filling was super nice, I can't remember your name but you were great! They are always so gentle and kind. Anything I have ever had to get done at this Aspen Dental has been very pleasant. I love the relaxed atmostphere and reliability of this office. They truly go above and beyond.
