Went for 6 month teeth cleaning. First visit..they took more x-rays than I have ever had and put me in another room. Told me the doctor had to see me before I could get my teeth cleaned and would have to make another appointment for the cleaning. The doctor came, never introduced himself, looked in my mouth, said NOTHING to me and as he was going out the door, I asked what his name was. He looked at me and said Dr. T. Right... Went to billing. She told me when I had my teeth cleaned they would do a mouth wash to "see if I had oral cancer" for $70 or something like that, but my insurance would not pay so I said no. She said "You mean you do not want to find out if you have oral cancer?" I told her I am 66 and have 2 fillings...I have no oral problems. Then she told me they would do a fluoride treatment for $45, again not covered, and I declined. Again, I am 66 and not 6..need no fluoride treatment. What a racket. I will not return. When I went back for my cleaning, I had to wait and wait. I believe they double book appointments so I was there well over an hour and the cleaning took only 20 minutes.

I have not been to a dentist in sooo long because im terrified of it but im having trouble with my wisdom teeth. My teeth are in really good condition but i needed to go in for possible extraction of my wisdom teeth. They were all so friendly and patient. The xrays were horrible but the sweet girl doing them was so quick and nice. The hygenist and dentist were really nice. The girl Ericka in scheduling really helped out with finances because i have no dental ins. All in all the experience was great. Im going back soon for a cleaning and fixing a molar.

Great place! they were so nice, and helpful, i had to wait a little bit for my appointment, but it wasn't long. I'm definitely going to be receiving all my dental care from Aspen Dental from here on out!

They were able to get me in fairly quickly, addressed my dental needs, and let me know the cost of procedures before performing them. They were professional and yet friendly through the whole process.

I did not have a good day today at Aspen Dental...I had a toothache today in my back right tooth right next to the tooth I just had pulled. My regular dentist Dr. Al-Dadah could fit me in tomorrow for about $120 (total) but it would be tomorrow not today. I called Aspen Dental and they had a special today for an extraction for $130 plus a $19 exam fee. I left work and got there at 9.45 for a 10AM appointment, and due to technical difficulties I had to wait until 12.30PM to get started... These things happen, I explained I wanted my tooth taken out, and they checked all of my teeth and told me what they wanted done to all of them, and then they checked all of my gums and did all that....well then you'd think they'd get to work on pulling the tooth that's bugging me but I had to see the "office manager" first. The office manager informed me that that had to knock me out in order to pull the tooth and the price was $300. I told them Al-Dadah can do it without anesthesia for $120, so she told me to sit and see what she could do, so she hemmed and hawed and finally said I can get the tooth pulled for $180.... We that's $50 more than I was quoted and it wasn't gonna happen today, so I told them politely that I've spent enough time away from work and I had to go. I'll be at Dr. Monzer Al-Dadah's office tomorrow getting tooth pulled for $120..... And to Aspen Dental, please don't tell people in pain that you're going to help them, and then put them through 3 or 4 hours or rigamarole and not end up helping anyone! All together it was a $20 mistake plus 4 hours of lost work in order to learn to not use Aspen Dental ever again...

I had a very good time with Aspen the Dentist was out standing!. I would like to have had her do the job I need so badly but I can't afford to pay for it . I'm on social security, disability. I work a few hours a week. I have a car I'm paying for, a place to live, I'm trying to stay above ground.
Thanks

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The help I received paying for all the dental work I needed was by far the best I've ever had. I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental over the other local dental offices.

PLEASE!!!! Do more research into this company. They are scam artist. I know someone who work at this location, I won't disclose names due to them getting fired. Aspen Dental has a quota they need to fill each month(root canals, fillings, etc) and they will lie to you. They don't care who you are or what you do. They were about to DESTROY ALL MY TEETH and ruin any chances of me going to college so that they can please third corporate devils. Don't believe me? DO YOUR RESEARCH.
