I am genuinely ashamed that I gave them money for services and I am unsure how they are still licensed to work with people.
Neither my wife or I had been to the dentist in 5+ years, but decided it was time. No major issues, but wanted to get ahead of the curve.
My wife needed to come back for a few sessions to get fillings done. Throughout these experiences she went through 3-4hour waiting periods, they tore her mouth open, cut the inside of her gums and didn’t tell her, messed up giving her numbing shots that led to week long jaw pain, made jokes about her teeth, stopped midway through procedures and would return an hour later or ask her to come back another time to finish, and were just unprofessional throughout the process.
Completely unacceptable and a disgrace.

My experience with Aspen Dental was probably the best experience I have had with any dental office to date. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. the DA that did my X-Rays made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous and the Doctor was very friendly and helpful explaining my options. The office manager was also very friendly and personable and helped explain my options of financing should I need to use it. I will be recommending this office to everyone in need of great dental care.

This place is pure chaos! Made cleaning appointments for myself and my partner - we got a million X-rays, that took way too long to take, a visit with the dentist, telling us we needed a cleaning, I was recommended a crown, and to schedule.
Before the next appointment would be scheduled they wanted -$ to “hold” your spot - before a service is even performed??! Fraud!
Waste of our time, we are going elsewhere

I recently needed new dentures! My daughter went to Aspen dental and got a beautiful set of dentures and recommended them.Everyone was wonderful. Thank you to Dr. T , Ashley, Kelly , E.and Dawn .and Laney .They made me feel like I mattered.I will recommend them to every one I know.

One of the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. It seems like they’re more interested than money than actually taking care of the patient. I came there to only get one tooth fixed. And they start naming other things that I truly don’t care about at the moment that’s not important right now. Timewise was horrible as well it took forever. This one star is for the gentleman at the front Desk and the nice lady that took pictures of my mouth. The doctor or dentist which ever you want to be called was a complete Debbie downer. And I just can’t trust anyone with black forces on. All jokes aside I checked my pockets before I left to make sure everything was still there.

I had a great experience so far. I went in for a consultation and got a plan put together. Dr.T is very professional and kind. The X-ray technician was just as would wonderful as well. I'm excited to move on with the plan they put together for me to get my teeth back into good form!

I went to Aspen Dental after not seeing a dentists in about 5 years with a broken tooth. Dr T and his staff did an amazing job, not only did we get my tooth pulled, I actually had 3 pulled and I got a partial all in a matter of hours. They always made me feel comfortable, not one negative word was said about me not seeing a dentist. And for the first time in over 5 years I’m actually looking forward to going back and seeing them all again! Thank you Dr T and staff at Aspen Dental

The staff is excellent, professional, and friendly. Dr. T is such a classy guy and is both realistic and kind. The price is as expected, but the staff is totally capable of informing you of details and possible payment plan situations you can go through. I just had a crown put on and that crown is perfection. Great work, AD!!

They get 1 star because I can’t choose less. The front desk was not prepared or organized. I had to request the paperwork that my signature was to confirm I agreed to. My appointment was at 9 and the dentist rolled in at 1030. He gave me a very brief checkup and wanted me to reschedule for a cleaning. I had taken a vacation day for this cleaning and put 4 kids into daycare while I was there. Lastly, they don’t accept children patients and this place is my only option under our dental plan so I wasted all the money paying for 2 children coverage all year. Complete horrible experience!

Very friendly, professional personnel. From start to finish I was greeted and treated with respect and all concerns regarding the pandemic were addressed to insure my safety and the staffs safety. Aspen dental will be my families new provider. If seeking any dental services. I'd strongly recommend Aspen.
