Wait times could improve. First visit 1 hour 10 mins before being called back. Second visit 20 mins before being called for procedure.

Went in to have a tooth pulled that didn't happen they tried to upscale me to the tune of $7000 plus dollars the Dentist didn't even take a look at myour tooth or in my mouth definitely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy had to make and appointment with another dentist and they pulled my tooth thumbs down for Aspen Dental and I recommend all military veterans stay clear of them.

Poor service, made to feel obligated to take services I did not visit the office for and felt like a burden to X-ray tech and dentist was very Impersonal. Assisting staff were cold and non sympathetic.

The cost of my treatment plan was going to be right under $8,000.. when I arrived home I phoned the office and spoke with the same assistant office manager to see if we could work out a discounted price.. she was unwilling to even offer a small amount of a discount.and when I said I would be cancelling my next appointment to possibly seek a different dentist she said " okay I will cx the appt. With her attitude I will spend my money elsewhere.
